I also want to express my great gratitude to the security guards and the receptionist, who gave me a ticket so that the waiting time with young children would not turn into eternity. It was necessary to get to specialists in individuals and legal entities, but instead of a logical organization of the reception, they were forced to just wait. Victoria Sysoenko, a specialist in legal entities, was without a client all this time, but claimed that she had called me and communicated in a rude tone. I kindly ask the management to pay attention to the quality of service and the level of communication of the staff.

I came back through m-c, but they didn't do anything and promised to wait for m-c again!!! He took the docks away from them and refused their services in all directions! From the docks at the PSB, they made the map in 27 days! Three more months passed, and I received an SMS from VTB on my phone saying that I would have received a debit card that was out of the question! Conclusion: waste of time, waste of money on the way to the bank, incompetent staff, well, they do what you ask.

I don't recommend this bank to anyone because the staff is very rude, especially the girl, thanks to her too. I still didn't know where I was.
