The hotel may be a good one. The staff is just terrible, especially towards RUS. I do not recommend visiting! At all! The sauna and hammam are good. The price tag is high! They graze all the time and come uninvited through the back entrances so that they don't bring their own food and drinks, even to the children.

A wonderful hotel! I work in the hospitality industry myself (Gelendzhik resort city), so I can evaluate the work of the staff perfectly! The administrators are lovely girls: they helped with all the questions that arose. The kitchen is above all praise! Thank you so much for the delicious breakfasts and more! The incredible luxury plus of the hotel is the kitchen is open around the clock. Everything will be brought to the room. The maids always cleaned discreetly and conscientiously. Sometimes she even said that only the garbage should be taken out and nothing else should be done, but they still changed towels, bathrobes, slippers, etc. Thank you, fairies of purity))) Near the hotel there are vegetable grocery mini-shops, pharmacies, flower shops, incredible homemade bakeries. On the way from the hotel to the center there is the most important and largest observation deck. It takes 10-12 minutes by taxi from the center.
