It was a good hotel, but the room was smoky, there was a garage for cars on the ground floor, the bed and towels were clean.

Everything is fine! We stayed for 3 days and liked everything. Everything is clean, cozy, the room has its own garage. I recommend this hotel!

November 13, 2025
Today, on November 13, 2025, my elderly parents stopped by this hotel at 3 a.m. They had a voucher with full payment and breakfast in their hands. At the entrance, they were rudely informed that the room had not been paid for! They did not specify that they might need to pay something extra or that they had received an incomplete payment from the tour operator, despite the fact that the payment was 100% made by the guests. Later, in a conversation with me, it turned out that the surcharge was less than 10% of the total amount. Then, in a rude, incorrect way, the hotel employee, who did not even have a name tag on her, informed them that they were not allowed breakfast. Scared and shocked, my parents called me. In a conversation with me, this employee, who did not even introduce herself by her first name, and further informed me that she did not have to introduce herself at all, began to say in front of the hotel guests that they were old and did not understand anything!!! She noted that breakfast will be provided free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.… As a result, at 3 a.m., my elderly parents, deceived, insulted, left this hotel without a refund. For my part, I would like to note that as a travel agent and the owner of my travel agency, I consider such behavior on the part of the hotel staff unacceptable. We will include this hotel in the blacklist of our agency and recommend that our colleagues do the same. The hotel business is primarily about hospitality, not rudeness in the style of a bazaar showdown. For information to the management, the employee introduced herself as Lusine, although colleagues reported that her name was Anna. Dear tourists, draw conclusions!
