We visited this truly Abkhazian hospitable hotel for the seventh time from 06/20 to 07/12/2025. Excellent location by the sea with a relict pine park and a wonderful interior atmosphere. Always friendly and attentive hostesses and receptionist. Many thanks to the staff Tatiana and Satenik for their responsiveness, cleanliness and order. The room has everything you need. Its own cafe, always clean and beautifully flowered courtyard. Spacious indoor car parking behind the fence. For seven years, Ldzaa has not found an option with the best price-performance ratio. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place. The only negative (or plus) is that it is impossible to leave on the scheduled date, I do not want to leave, we constantly extend it for 2-3 days. Fortunately, convenient "windows" between bookings of our room allow.

We stayed at this hotel from August 12 to August 19, 2025.A great place to relax .Everything is within walking distance.There is a cafe in the courtyard, shops nearby! Bus stops and pharmacies are also within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. The on-site cafe has delicious, hot, and satisfying food. In 2 minutes from the hotel there is a park where you can: exercise, play volleyball, and there is also a beach with all amenities. Relict pines that impart a healing fragrance. We didn't find any disadvantages, it's a great place to relax.

This is not the first time we have been staying at this hotel. This year we were here from 4.07 to 18.07. I want to leave my review, because the hotel is really decent and I hope that my words will help someone find a decent place to stay in Abkhazia. A good hotel for your money, the prices are adequate, I will say more, probably even the lowest on the first line in the village of Ldzaa. At the same time, decent service, everything is clean everywhere, everything is in colors, a cozy courtyard and its own cafe, the parking lot is spacious. The hosts and staff are always very hospitable, always helpful in any matters. We are always served by the maid Sati, a very good-natured, friendly girl. The beach is 50 m away. Near the beach there is a pine grove with a century-old Pitsunda pine tree, where you can hide from the scorching sun while relaxing on the beach. As an expert on Abkhazia, I want to assure you that only this Pitsunda bay has such a clean and wide beach with crystal clear water. I advise you to visit.
