The hotel is small and very cozy. The rooms and the entire surrounding area are very clean and well maintained. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, everything is in good working order. The bed and towels are all in perfect condition. The rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfasts are varied and satisfying every day. The staff is very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality

Friendly and helpful staff, five stars for that. Thank you for your hospitality! To spend the night and have breakfast, if you close your eyes to some of the shortcomings in the room, you can stay. I haven't been anywhere else in Yerevan, there's nothing to compare it with. I think if I'm in Yerevan, I'll stay at this hotel again.
