Pleasant, sociable, always on the spot, knows everything, will tell you everything. I lived in a hotel during the cold season. By the time she arrived, she had warmed the room, the heating was stationary, there was no common room. The double room with separate beds is spacious enough, with blackout curtains, a mini bar and a kettle, and a balcony. the shower room is large and it was cold in winter. The bedding is in good condition, the mattresses and pillows are not sagging. I would like a little cleanliness, in terms of the fact that the walls are stained in places. That was probably the only negative for me.
