We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, we chose photos, but we were worried that the photo and reality would be different.But! Everything turned out to be at the highest level🤩 We were greeted by the friendly Alsou! Special thanks to her She always looks great, is friendly, solves any questions, tells you, helps - it's just wow!!! I haven't seen such an attitude in hotels for a long time. The rooms are clean, everything in the photo matches! There is shampoo, soap, towels, hairdryer, kettle, glasses! The rest was great) There are tables with chairs downstairs, you can sit and relax) The embankment is 10 minutes away, as well as the center. I want to come back again - and here, of course, is the merit of Alsou ✨

Самый лучший отель , в котором я была! Никогда не встречала настолько добрую, открытую и желающую помочь хозяйку - Алсу! Я не только в будущем хотела бы останавливаться в этом отеле, но и буду советовать своим родственникам и друзьям. Номер, в котором остановилась, просторный, приятный, с отдельной душевой комнатой и приятным видом на город и на море! Если бы была возможность, поставила бы тысячу звезд

I liked the hotel. It is located within walking distance from the city center, the theater, and the embankment. A very complicit girl, Alsou, meets and settles in. Pleasant, sociable, always on the spot, knows everything, will tell you everything. I lived in a hotel during the cold season. By the time she arrived, she had warmed the room, the heating was stationary, there was no common room. The double room with separate beds is spacious enough, with blackout curtains, a mini bar and a kettle, and a balcony. the shower room is large and it was cold in winter. The bedding is in good condition, the mattresses and pillows are not sagging. I would like a little cleanliness, in terms of the fact that the walls are stained in places. That was probably the only negative for me.
