The rooms in the boarding house are different. We were in early September, we took it with repairs and a bathroom - everything is decent. At first, the elevators were a bit annoying - we lived on the 11th floor, but then we adapted. The view was sideways, the sea and the pines were awesome, and the air...! The sea is beautiful, the water is clear, the shore and entrance are pebbles. There were enough sun beds for 80%. Good infrastructure, movies, concerts, excursions, walks through the pine grove... - it's worth coming here for this!

One of the advantages is the proximity to the sea. The sea, by the way, is gorgeous: the water is clean and warm! The room itself was "tired". Cobwebs in the corners, dust on the shelves. But the floors were washed and the trash was taken out every day. The room has air conditioning, a TV (which did not have a remote control), and a hair dryer. We isolated a piece of soap. The girl at the reception is completely unfriendly, I didn't want to ask her any questions. The food for all 7 days was monotonous. Not to say that it is completely inedible, but there is no assortment. We were in our car. They charged 100 rubles per day for parking next to the building.
