I had to visit the bank in the evening. The bank's employee, Yuri, provided competent advice on the bank's services and the transfer fee charged, and provided assistance in transferring funds. Thanks to him!!! I would like to ask the bank's management to increase the number of employees working with clients in the hall. There are only three of them! They are well done, they work quickly and competently, but there are three employees for such a branch in the center of Minsk (there are many shopping centers and administrative buildings nearby) It's very small. You're losing customers! Many people just leave after seeing 10-15 people in line.

After such a service, I really want to change the bank. I hope the management will pay attention and make the work more organized.

At the same time, instead of apologizing for the lack of bills of all denominations, which is strange, but okay, I faced unpleasant service. The cashier ignored my questions, pretended not to hear and was busy, averted her eyes. It would be great to apologize to the client or inform them in advance that there is no currency when I take an electronic coupon for currency exchange operations.
