28.05.2026. Обратилась для уточнения задолженности и закрытия утерянных, заблокированных карт. К сожалению сотрудники отказались распечатывать официальный документ с суммами, а просто написали цифры в бел руб. На листке бумаги и направили в кассу. Позже я перепроверила данные ( разблокировав карты) через мобильное приложение и колл-центр , суммы оказались иными. Пожалуйста проведите разъяснительную работу с персоналом. Клиенты должны получать официальные распечатанные выписки по своим счетам, а не рукописные записки ( либо устное озвучивание ), которые расходятся с данными в системе.

In addition to the highest level of service in general, every non-standard issue was resolved as loyally as possible for me (humanly, with understanding, taking into account all my requests). In particular, some of the problems from abroad were solved in messengers and by calling from the application. Separately, I would like to mention the staff of the central office (Victoria Evgenievna, Ekaterina Olegovna, Olga Sergeevna and Olga Grigorievna), as well as support staff (Anastasia, Karina and Alexandra)!
