Disappointing Experience at the Hotel I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel, particularly due to the behavior of the receptionist, Irina. On January 4th, she entered my room and started yelling at me about the room key, insisting that I needed to hand it over immediately. I had paid for my stay from December 16th to January 5th, and when I tried to explain this to her, she completely dismissed me and insisted that I was wrong. Her rudeness was shocking, especially considering the respectful treatment I received from the previous administration. To make matters worse, she threatened to remove my belongings from the room if I didn’t take them out immediately. This created a very stressful situation for me and my husband, as I had a taxi waiting and was already concerned about my husband potentially missing his flight that day. We ended up incurring extra expenses due to this unnecessary chaos. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in your staff, especially when we treat in Dominican Republic our guests from different countries with kindness and respect. I expected the same courtesy in return when I paid for my stay. An apology is simply not enough to address the distress and inconvenience caused by Irina’s actions. 1.Walls are really thin so u can hear the neighbors. 2. Service itself was pretty fast 3. Bathroom floor tile was moving (not well built) 4. Got room on 4th floot, there is no elevator so beware if u have luggage

Хорошая,чистенькая гостиница,вежливый персонал ответит на любые вопросы и просьбы,в номере было всё необходимое чтобы после прогулки по Москве отдохнуть и восполнить силы)В номере :посуда,фен,чайник,свч-печь,душ,телевизор,холодильник,отопление центральное,дополнительный обогреватель (скорее всего для зимнего периода)и все необходимые туалетные принадлежности.По местоположению тоже было удобно,в те места которые нам было нужно ,приехали без проблем.Номера есть разные,цены на номера не высокие.При гостинице работает кафе,но в него мы не ходили тк покупали готовую еду и оставалось только разогреть в микроволновой печи.Нам всё понравилось!
