Disappointing Experience at the Hotel I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel, particularly due to the behavior of the receptionist, Irina. On January 4th, she entered my room and started yelling at me about the room key, insisting that I needed to hand it over immediately. I had paid for my stay from December 16th to January 5th, and when I tried to explain this to her, she completely dismissed me and insisted that I was wrong. Her rudeness was shocking, especially considering the respectful treatment I received from the previous administration. To make matters worse, she threatened to remove my belongings from the room if I didn’t take them out immediately. This created a very stressful situation for me and my husband, as I had a taxi waiting and was already concerned about my husband potentially missing his flight that day. We ended up incurring extra expenses due to this unnecessary chaos. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in your staff, especially when we treat in Dominican Republic our guests from different countries with kindness and respect. I expected the same courtesy in return when I paid for my stay. An apology is simply not enough to address the distress and inconvenience caused by Irina’s actions. Estaba en el restaurante, el servicio pésimo, primero me dijeron que la comida iba a tardar 1 hora, luego se acercaron que iba a tardar dos horas, luego cuando pedí recomendación de algo que estuviera antes, me dijeron que pidiera un corte y cuando pido el corte de carne de res y tengo 30 minutos esperando me dicen que eso lo han retirado del menú y que debía pedir otra cosa.
