The best pilaf in Samarkand!! There are many locals, which is a good sign. Not everyone understands Russian. The cook himself came out to us and we were able to talk to him in Russian. We ordered a portion of pilaf (he offered to divide it into two plates for us), tea, salads, flatbread and soup broth. The price was 100 thousand soums (~650₽), a portion of pilaf was 75 thousand, and the broth was not counted for us - as a gift to the guests)) The atmosphere is very pleasant, there are many photos with celebrity guests) Salads are brought on a tray of 6-7 types - you can choose two types from them) Everything was delicious. We recommend it!)
