Very disappointing experience. We came as a group of three, but our food arrived at completely different times — one dish first, another 10 minutes later, and the last one after 30 minutes and several follow-ups. It completely ruined the experience of having a meal together. My dish also looked very different from the photo on the menu, and the quality was average. Overall, the service and coordination were poor, and unfortunately they failed to provide a pleasant experience for tourists.

Great service from a waitress named Medina. The lamb and chicken shashliks / kebabs and the honey cake dessert were great but the Uyghur jiz was too salty.

when i was in the Karimbek i was happy that the food was prepared for me quickly and very tasty. the atmosphere there is always wonderful, beautiful music plays and the staff is very polite. never had problems with parking. the prices for food are affordable and the food is worth the money. never had any misunderstandings. i often have dinner there with my family and two years in a row i celebrated my birthday there
