A good hotel for one night but no more. Albert is a nice man! The rooms themselves look good, but the window in room 3 was not fully closed and thus the noise from the street (it is below us) was felt strongly - the earplugs were saved. The second time we stayed in room 4 and the maid, before our arrival, sprayed half a bottle of men's perfume on all the textile places in the room, which made it unbearable to sleep, but we were very tired and were able to cope with it. In general, if we talk about a mini-hotel, everything is super, but some points need to be adjusted and it will be super. The price is average for Yerevan

Stayed with my wife for 10 days in August. I really liked the hotel. First of all, because of the owners, who turned out to be just wonderful people. The room is very spacious, the renovation is high-quality, the style is pleasant, all the necessary amenities are present. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel is located near the center, but it's a decent walk. It didn't become a problem for us.
