The service was great. My favourite old backpack and shoes look like brand new after the work done here. I am coming here shortly with my sneakers. Highly recommend to everybody.

They did a good job with my sneakers, there were dead backs and scuffs to holes on the fabric parts, they were restored neatly, close to the original appearance, walking softer than it was in the new ones. The cost turned out to be about the same as a new pair of this model (they are old), but I really wanted to repair my pair in my rare color variant. If you also prefer to repair things, you can trust me.

The laces on the sneakers were bleached during cleaning. There were no matching shoelaces available. They refused to make a full or partial refund of the cost of the service. They refused to find shoelaces of a suitable color. The cleaning and repairs were not done perfectly, but not bad. Also, they didn't come for sneakers on the agreed day, so we had to arrange another one. Two couples did 10 business days, which is more than they indicate. To the question of why, the answer is, well, we were delayed, that's okay. Basically, I see a lot of good reviews from the guys, and I understand that in most cases everything goes well. But they cannot and do not want to solve any problems that arise. I also listened to some excuses, just like the other person in the reviews. I don't want to risk my shoes anymore. The customer service is at a very low level. UPD: I want to clarify: they did not offer me new shoelaces — on the contrary, they said that there was no way to find a suitable color in Serbia, and there was no refund for the service. I offered several solutions, from partial compensation to replacement of shoelaces, but I heard in response that the problem was far—fetched, and other clients liked everything. The conversation ended rather abruptly, with the phrase that you don't have time to continue the discussion. If you are really ready to provide suitable laces, I will be happy to accept them. That's exactly what I've been suggesting from the beginning.

Average cleaning and repair, gave two pairs, paid 9600, sewed up normally, not perfectly, although the same sneakers with the same problem from another person were solved much better and with a more competent approach. Also, the pair that was repaired was cleaned very mediocre in hard-to-reach places, I came home cleaned with an old brush and all the "intractable" soil came out. Maybe I was just unlucky and usually the guys do better, but the saddest thing is to hear some stupid excuses why a salon specialized in shoe cleaning couldn't clean shoes properly, I didn't argue, I wasn't in the mood. I hope the guys will take into account and take a more responsible approach to work. I think it's too much money for such quality.

The guys are doing their job well. When handing over the shoes, they quickly estimated and said almost the final amount. Each shoe is cleaned for 2t dinar before repair. One pair of shoes fell apart the next day, but they were made again under warranty. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, thank you.
