The service was great. My favourite old backpack and shoes look like brand new after the work done here. I am coming here shortly with my sneakers. Highly recommend to everybody.

They did a good job with my sneakers, there were dead backs and scuffs to holes on the fabric parts, they were restored neatly, close to the original appearance, walking softer than it was in the new ones. The cost turned out to be about the same as a new pair of this model (they are old), but I really wanted to repair my pair in my rare color variant. If you also prefer to repair things, you can trust me.

Unfortunately, my experience with Reboots turned out to be extremely unpleasant. At the end of autumn 2025, I gave them handmade sandals for cleaning, which I ordered from another country specifically in light beige color. The cost of shoes is about 200 euros. When I came to pick up the sandals, I immediately noticed that they had become much darker and no longer looked light at all. They explained to me that this is an impregnation that will eventually be absorbed and the color will be restored. My husband was there and remembers those words well too. I was in a hurry that day, so I didn't argue, took the shoes and put them in a box until spring. In the spring of 2026, I took out my sandals and saw that the color had not recovered. I wrote to Reboots again. They remembered my case there and asked me to bring shoes to compare them with photos before cleaning and discuss the situation in detail. After the inspection, the sandals were taken away with the words that they would try to remove the impregnation and do everything possible. However, the company has not acknowledged that changing the color of shoes after cleaning is a serious problem. This is a matter of principle for me: I specifically ordered this pair in light beige, and when I gave the shoes to professional cleaning, I could not have imagined that they would change color. About three weeks later, I came to pick up sandals and children's winter boots. Everything is OK with the children's shoes - they have been cleaned. And my shoes did get a little lighter in color, but it never became the original color. When paying, they calculated the cost of cleaning both pairs. I was surprised because the sandals were taken away to try to correct the result of the previous cleaning. I wasn't warned in advance that this job would be paid. When I asked why I had to pay for the sandals again, they told me that the staff had worked with the shoes again, spent time on them, and cleaned them again. At the same time, nothing was said about my damage, the changed color and the ruined shoes. It turns out that the time and work of the company matter, but the fact that expensive shoes have lost their original color after their services does not. Moreover, the client must also pay for the attempt to correct the result of the first cleaning. Later it turned out that all this time I was not communicating with the manager, but directly with the owner of Reboots. This was even more disappointing, because even at the level of the owner, the company did not want to accept responsibility and correctly resolve the situation. As a result, the original shoe color could not be fully restored. I will no longer bring my stuff to Reboots, and I cannot recommend a company that does not admit its mistakes and shifts the cost of correcting them to the client.
