Well, well! Challenge accepted - we decided to eat as much as we can! Khinkali fire 🔥🔥🔥 the minced meat is great - juicy, of the most correct consistency and there is a lot of it! There is also a lot of very tasty broth. The dough is thin, elastic, none of the khinkali is torn. In general, we ate all 20 pieces for two. Yes, the khinkali was hot, and even the most recent khinkali remained warm, although we ate them with "sleep breaks" (There is a record).
