Review: Stunning Views and Great Food Marred by Disrespectful Staff Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) I have mixed feelings about Restaurant 12. While the food and the setting are world-class, the front-of-house service is shockingly unprofessional for a restaurant where a meal for two easily exceeds $200. The Bad: My experience started poorly when I called from a taxi for directions. The hostess, Shahida, was dismissive, repeatedly telling me to 'just look it up on your map' instead of providing a landmark for the driver. When I arrived and politely addressed this with her in person, she brushed me off with a smirk, showing zero regard for guest satisfaction. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, another hostess named Milana began defending her colleague’s behavior instead of offering a simple apology. For a high-end establishment, this 'doing the customer a favor' attitude is arrogant and misplaced. The Good: If it weren't for our waiter, Nikolai, we would have walked out. Nikolai was the complete opposite—polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He made excellent food recommendations, and the meal itself was delicious. The 12th-floor view is, as expected, stunning and easily one of the best in Tashkent. Verdict: You are paying for the view and the kitchen's talent, but you have to deal with a reception team that clearly lacks basic hospitality training. Management needs to realize that high prices should come with high-level respect. Until the hostess staff is either properly trained or replaced, be prepared for a bit of a headache before you get to your table. A quick tip for the management (if i may): A $200 dinner starts the moment a guest calls for a reservation or directions, not when the food hits the table. Shahida and Milana are currently devaluing the hard work of your kitchen and servers like Nikolai.

We booked a seat for five people, but they kept a tiny table for two, when we asked to add a table so we can fit, they refused. We sit 4 people in a table for two. And, our fifth, they did not let her in, apparantly, they don’t let u in if u r wearing sneakers, smth we found out only upon arrival. Not to mention tiniest bathroom they have, where u have to wait to get in. So, no, I don’t have good memories with this place:)

12 is not just a bar, it's an impression Bar 12, located on the 12th floor of the hotel, is a place where you can feel a special atmosphere from the very first minutes. The interior is very cozy and at the same time non-standard: stylish design, thoughtful details and the feeling that you are in a space created for relaxation and inspiration. A separate pleasure is the kitchen. The food is really delicious, and the serving deserves special attention: unusual, aesthetically pleasing and with a wow effect. You want to examine and photograph each dish before you try it. It is an ideal place for a warm evening, beautiful meetings and new gastronomic experiences. Bar 12 is when style, taste and atmosphere converge at one point. I definitely recommend it

I visited this restaurant with my wife on March 8 on the recommendations of my children. I would like to point out that this is now one of my most significant and favorite restaurants in Tashkent! Firstly, the staff is very polite and pleasant to talk to at the entrance. The restaurant itself is located on the 12th floor and its view from above is wonderful. The dishes themselves, starting from salads, are incomparable! In particular, I personally liked the medallions and tartarus! Waiter Nikolai, his serving of dishes, the service is excellent! I definitely recommend this restaurant. Now he's in my very first place!

We were with a friend on Saturday, we made a reservation in advance and made an advance payment, the bill was more than a hundred dollars, after a few hours we were asked to move to the bar, because of the flow of guests, why on earth should I change seats if we chose the place by the window?? Giving away that kind of money and being unhappy is like that. The medallions were over-dried, as rubber as possible, the trout is normal, but you need to try to spoil it. The Greek cream cheese was too salty, too salty, and the chicken salad wasn't bad. The wine was of different temperatures (the first glass was too warm). In general, the atmosphere and the view of the city covered these shortcomings, but the fact that the manager tried to transfer us in order to make room for the next guests, as far as I'm concerned, was tactless, and we left in a bad mood.

Restaurant 12 is love at first sight for me. The interior is just wow: semi-darkness, soft light, beautiful tables and a feeling of comfort, as if you are in some kind of stylish movie. The food is a separate story: everything is served aesthetically, the taste is rich, the products are fresh. I especially liked the steak (really juicy!) The service is at the level of 💯 the waiters are attentive, but not intrusive, and at the same time the atmosphere of care is really felt. The music is unobtrusive, suitable for dinner with friends, and for a date. The prices are average for Tashkent, but the atmosphere and quality are more than justified. And yes, the pictures there are just a bomb, the light and the interior are really "instagrammable". Bottom line: if you want to eat delicious food, relax and feel like the heroine of a beautiful evening, Restobar 12 is perfect. 💋

We recently visited the twelve restaurant, and I have only positive impressions! Firstly, the stunning view from the windows — you can enjoy the panorama of the city, which makes dinner especially memorable. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy and the music is pleasant. 🎵 The service is top-notch: the waiter Sardor is polite, attentive and helped with the selection of dishes. The menu is varied, chicken with quinoa, prosciutto stracciatella pizza exceeded our expectations, it was incredibly delicious. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy not only delicious food, but also stunning views. I will definitely come back again!

This is one of those moments when you come in "just for a snack" and leave feeling like you've met a team of fans of your business. The menu is small, but without random dishes — each with an idea and its own taste. The presentation is neat and thoughtful, not for show, but for business. The staff does not play the role of ideal waiters, but communicates vividly and without memorized phrases — you immediately feel comfortable with this. The interior is without unnecessary tinsel, but cozy, with normal light and music that does not interfere with conversation. Even at busy times, there was no sense of running or chaos. As a result, there is a feeling that you want to return here not out of habit, but out of interest: will they be able to surprise you a second time as much.

We visited the gastro shop with my husband, the first thing I note is the pleasant atmosphere and beautiful view.
