It is nice place for dining, especially I do like terrace. I visited place twice already and it was great ambience both times. That time on Sunday I decided to try new dessert - David’s head and it was really good looking and taste was not sweet as it is sour berries are added - what was exactly I was looking for. Andrey administrator was aware about menu very good and presented positions in very artistic and nice way, I had some issue/comment and I asked to share it with chef and Andrey did a great job to handle it. Thank you for it. I would love to see that all waitresses will apply the same his manner of communication and attentiveness. Hopefully to see all of you next time again.

By the way, they don't give you free water, and they don't clean the glasses.)) I really liked the cutlet, it was tender and the caviar was decently added on top. The rabbit is dry, fresh, and the side dish in the form of millet is not suitable at all. There was not enough flavor and the sauce did not fit this dish. The grilled tongue was cold but delicious. The draniki are not fried enough and are too oily. The fish is very finely sliced to them. Guys… It was something with something!!! The hall is not very big. The decoration immediately creates a homely warmth and comfort. I'll give you 10/10 for the atmosphere. I started with roast beef and mushroom consomme. Perfectly cooked meat is elegantly complemented with a rich broth with mushrooms. Everything got married right away. The perfect start. I took tagliata in Tuscan for the second. The most delicate fillet, silky puree and excellent sauce. Perfect!! There is nothing to add. I wanted to take dessert too, but there wasn't enough room. Now Bulbashi and ZALKIND KITCHEN share the first place in my personal rating of Minsk restaurants. Thanks a lot to the restaurant team. We were visited by a group of 6 people. I took the sea set. And it was an unfortunate choice. Firstly, the tartare was served in a very small portion, I didn't even understand (but it seemed to taste normal), the cream with goat cheese (a small ball) turned out to be with a nutshell, and a large enough piece that I almost broke my tooth (this is generally unacceptable, although tea was made as a gift), salad and the second course did not make any impression (weakly), the dessert was served not the one that was announced, and they did not warn, but it was delicious. The rest of the guests ordered dishes from the menu and they seemed to like everything. Delicious hodgepodge soup, delicious tongue for the second course, lamb drumstick, homemade moonshine (the most delicious was here), some more salads and duck. Among the disadvantages are sluggish flowers in a vase (bad taste), sometimes a very long serving (a long break between dishes), the dishes were not served in courses, the waiter did not ask how to bring the dishes and brought them, as a result, when they were ready, while some of the guests brought salads, and some were still waiting and looking with hungry eyes for those who were brought (this is not the level of a good institution). In the end, the cuisine is not bad, there is definitely something worth trying. But, taking into account all the shortcomings and the not very successful set, for me personally the score is 3, but the other guests were satisfied, although they also noted the shortcomings, so 5. The average score is 4.

On June 12, 2026, we were at the Zalkind restaurant. Veronika and Stepan, the cook, served.. Serving dishes is a real art: each dish is served as a piece, with thoughtful composition and accuracy. We were introduced to the cuisine of different nations of the world. The service is impeccable and attentive. The dishes are not only delicious, but they also look amazing. There were seven dishes and each was matched with a well-aged wine. I was particularly impressed with how each dish was thought out: the plate, the serving, and the accents. I really liked the sorbet with whiskey. I was impressed by the chef's professionalism and his detailed description of each dish. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening and the pleasure!

I really liked the hotel, what a tired Muscovite needed: silence, amenities, delicious food, responsive staff. The hotel is small, with no more than 30 rooms, an old building and the very center with a quiet street. We had a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor, it's a pity that the cold weather did not allow us to fully enjoy this option. The breakfasts are a la carte, very tasty and satisfying (see photo). In general, the cooking is normal, and the interior is beautiful. But the cooking time of 40 minutes of a snack is something. It is better to go to almost any place nearby, where the taste of the draniki will be no worse and the order will be delivered in 10-15 minutes. Guys, owners and managers, if you position yourself as an expensive restaurant with high-quality service, then the communication of the waiters and the cooking time should be on the level. I attended a Mushroom dinner at the Zalkind Kitchen restaurant. It was an amazing evening, both in the atmosphere and in the dishes that were presented by chef Stepan Ostroukh. Okay, bring it. I chose a cold plate and a lamb square, my wife took draniki with salmon. A funny waiter with hair as long as not every lady has, hastened to inform that there is no refrigerator due to a shortage of ingredients. Okay, bring the mushroom soup. My wife was served draniki with salmon. But the salmon turned out to be some kind of decaying gravlax soaked in beetroot. There is a white buttery mousse on the shingle. Mushroom soup. The visual component is amazing, fried champignons and chanterelles, drops of green oil, and all the same mousse that is on the dranik. The taste is weak, I tried to skip the mousse, it's something superfluous in the soup, it would be better to put sour cream. Square, the meat itself is for three, not restaurant. The accompanying potatoes from the syringe and the mousse from the peas, it feels like it's from a previous customer's dish. The prices are Moscow, the quality is terrible. You can't make fun of products like that. Not to mention the customers. I don't like to write such reviews, but you deserve it. And they deserve even more, but there is no desire to waste time.

I have huge questions about hot drinks - coffee tastes bad, it's not clear if it's the grain or the car, but coffee, for example, in Americano, is several times better. The temperature of the tea was about 60 degrees, it didn't even have any options to brew. At the same time, there are no options for drinks included in the breakfast price for 44 rubles.
