We enjoyed everything about it. Great place to relax. Left dissatisfied when it was time to check out as we were charged breakfast each day and were not told at check I'm about this and didn't eat breakfast. Also not told about the cost of canoe when hiring. These things should be told to guests when checking in. Have had better customer service at other hotels. The staff need to be told to advise guests on these matters.

Check-in 16-19.06 2 families, family rooms, children 2-4 years old. Booking through ozon turned out to be more profitable than direct booking. Pros: the room is great, quiet, and clean. The staff is friendly everywhere. The territory is large, smokers are sent to smoking rooms, a normal breakfast. We took a comprehensive lunch, went to the kitchen and reception, informed us about the menu and confirmed everything. We had dinner at the kart restaurant. For the first time, I was informed that there is an "overpayment" for the room in our reservation and the overpayment can be used in services. There is a nice spacious children's playground, a mini zoo on the territory, the animals were fed every day with the permission of the staff. We rented bicycles/kayaks. The brewery is ordinary, you should not expect something outstanding. There are a couple of chargers for electric trains. Wi-Fi works seamlessly throughout the complex. No special disadvantages were found: the rental bike broke down quickly, and it was changed without any problems. For families without children and those who love parties, I would recommend looking at another place. To summarize, there is a good place with family and children. Five out of five. Thanks

An amazing place for a family vacation. Very clean. Room cleaning every day. Comfortably. Delicious. We were on Christmas holidays. There was jazz in the evening. We rented a sauna. The hotel is located in a pine forest on the river bank. the beauty is indescribable. We went with a 2-year-old child. There is a children's room. We have a boy, he really liked it there.
