We were very pleased with the work of Victoria's travel agent! Everything was organized at the highest level, from the choice of route to the details of the service. I especially liked the attentive attitude and individual approach. The rest was intense and interesting. The hotel fully corresponded to the descriptions. We will definitely contact you here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable and responsible travel agent!

This year we decided to relax by the sea and get out to Georgia. Unfortunately, this agency was chosen, and after cooperating with them, there was an unpleasant aftertaste. From the very beginning, when we came to their office, we selected the hotels and travel dates in advance on the website. After making an advance payment, the operator contacted us a couple of days later and said that the hotel had not accepted our reservation because there were no available rooms. We were upset, of course, but the operator made us a selection of other hotels, plus or minus, according to our budget. We chose another hotel, and after a few days we got a reply again that we couldn't book it because it was also busy. And we were offered a different selection of hotels, which was already above our planned budget. I was extremely surprised by such preparation on the part of the agency, which, as an excuse, stated that they had communication problems and it was difficult to predict whether there would be places in hotels or not. Well, why not warn about it from the very beginning, so that people choose several options in advance, I don't understand. At this stage, we already wanted to return our deposit, but decided to give one last chance, chose the third option (it was more expensive and in absolutely the opposite direction from where we planned to stay, but since our budget was not rubber, we chose what we could). At the same time, I warned the agent that this was the last attempt, because other options were already much worse and more expensive. The hotel was eventually confirmed to us. Then they contacted us and warned us that air tickets were getting more expensive. Bad news. But fortunately, it did not affect us, because we contributed money to get our tickets redeemed and this price increase did not affect us. And now the moment of arrival has come. We arrived early in the morning and I specified in advance which transfer we should approach (usually we are greeted with a sign with the name of the company). And oh, the surprise. Everyone was greeted except the tourists of the Tez tour. There were 10 of us and we stood in the arrivals area for an hour, not quite understanding where our transfer was. Some tourists tried to call the hotline, but it was problematic. After an hour of such incomprehensible fuss, drivers from other transfers began to sort us out in different directions. We were vacationing in Kobuleti, and we were taken to tourists who were being transported in this direction. And now it would seem that you can exhale, drive for 45-50 minutes. We (I forgot to specify that there were two of us) were the last to be dropped off. The driver opened the gate, dropped him off to the smoking men on the street and drove away. The men told us to sit on the bench and wait because the hostess was asleep. I was a little taken aback, as I was expecting a hotel, not a guest house. In appearance, it was different from the option that we chose, and we asked for Wi-Fi to check the address of this house with our hotel (unfortunately, I did not write out the address in advance and needed the Internet). They couldn't help us, so we went with a heavy suitcase to look for a place where we could find Wi-Fi. It was earlier in the morning and everything was closed. But fortunately, we were helped by a man who saw our desperate attempts and thanks to him we found out that we were not dropped off there. Finding a hotel with a heavy suitcase is more invigorating than Nescafe. Upon arrival, we realize that the hotel is not a hotel at all, but a guest house. We got through to the hostess and fortunately they let us in without any questions. The guest house was called New Excess. I can't say that it was terrible, except for the breakfasts (they were really very bad), but it's definitely not worth the money. The room is tired, you take out the garbage yourself, cleaning once every 3 days if you give the keys (the cleaning is good), the breakfasts are very monotonous and tasteless. But okay, although you expect more reliable information from the travel agency. I was extremely unhappy with the way we were greeted and had to spend more time on the showdown, because we were assured that we were met and dropped off correctly, but fortunately in the end they apologized to us and handed us a bottle of wine and a chocolate bar on the penultimate day. They also offered a 20% discount on excursions, but we didn't take any chances and borrowed from other guys. On the return transfer, we were informed that we would be picked up at 1:30 a.m. Despite the fact that our flight was at 5:30 a.m. We were surprised, but okay. But in the end, we just drove around Batumi all the time, picking up other tourists. And as I understand it, the transfer will not be designed for the two of us. But we paid the agency 60 bucks for the round-trip transfer. In fact, if we had used a regular Yandex taxi, we would have given away a total of around 30 bucks and would not get tired of such trips. The cherry was the attitude towards baggage. Other heavy suitcases were simply stacked on top of our suitcase. Even airports have a more humane attitude. Therefore, the conclusion is this: from the point of view of the organization, I give a fat two to this agency. A lot of nerves were spent, the service was not worth the money. Neither the transfer nor the accommodation met their expectations. I wasn't expecting a five-star hotel, but I was just expecting a hotel where at least the dishes are washed in the dishwasher, not manually at breakfast, and you don't have to calculate the cleaning days and take out the trash yourself. I wasn't waiting for a limo, but I was waiting to be met and delivered to the address. I was waiting for the travel agency to organize the tour, and not to justify that there was no communication with the hotels and the transfers had navigation problems, I was waiting for the travel agency to know the accommodation they were selling and could provide reliable information so that there would be no false expectations. Therefore, thank you for the rest, but next time I will either organize it myself or pay the agency that knows its job.

Thank you very much for your work, you picked up a good ticket. Elizabeth, a very responsive girl, helped with the choice, she chose everything individually, and we were generally satisfied. Thank you
