October 2025. They asked me to clean the laptop and replace the thermal paste. We received a clean laptop externally, it is clear that the dust from the case was cleaned in good faith. Suddenly, the fan started making noise, and we contacted another city with this problem in April 2026. The answer was simply shocking: the laptop is clogged with dust, the dust is compressed, there is no thermal paste. The photo was attached, they explained that there WAS no cleaning in October of the 25th year! It is possible that the dust was blown / blown away.... I also attached the photo, this is a photo from April 2026.Let's go back and file a claim, of course, without the hope that they will admit their negligence. I will add the review on other sites. Perhaps someone is satisfied with the outcome of the work, we have a negative result.
