I have been visiting for more than 6 years and there is something to compare it with. Previously, the girls even helped to get up, now they do not consider it necessary to approach when, for example, the slimfigure procedure is over and you need to get out of this "spacesuit". Disposable pants need to be taken with you and brought to the next procedure. I no longer remember cocktails / tea / water after the procedures. At the end, they will never ask if they want to record for the next session. Apparently, we need to look for a new center with more customer-oriented staff.
