I went to the Plumbing counter for a faucet, and was absolutely delighted! I have never seen such a choice of plumbing in our city anywhere else . The prices were pleasantly surprised, really lower than the competitors. I do not advise anyone to use the services of this store for one simple reason - all the guarantees that they fill out and give out when selling are in fact complete fiction. If you are unlucky like me and you encounter defective products, then you will not be replaced with a new one and the money will not be returned in any case. You will be fooled with repairs, acts, etc. The first time I got caught with an expansion barrel for heating, in which the inner membrane did not hold, because it turned out to be defective. They brought it to exchange immediately. In response: "We don't change that." We decided that it was a small loss and swallowed it. A year later, a borehole pump was urgently needed. They bought it on their own head there again. I worked for three days and fell silent. They pulled it out and took it away, the guarantee is good. But that was not the case. No money, no replacement, just the answer: "Wait for the examination." They don't care how long to wait or how to be without water all the time. I had to buy another one from another place. Now I'm writing complaints and trying to get my money back for low-quality goods. This time, I intend to at least reach the President's office. I'm tired of this rudeness of the merchants. They wind up at 200% , but they don't want to be responsible.
