I had the honor to bring an acquaintance to this LCD. Due to the large complex of this residential complex, I consider its location to be extremely unfortunate. Some parking canopies are hidden/ the driveways are extremely narrow. I am categorically against building in mountainous areas/ I am afraid of landslides. Such buildings should not be built in such places. This is my firm belief.

Sakura residential complex is not the best of all new buildings in the area. The apartment has panoramic windows that let in air and it gets cool, especially during the non-heating season. There is only one elevator in the house. There are seven floors. I was disappointed that there was no ramp. I had to lift a heavy suitcase first up the stairs at the entrance, then in the very entrance to the elevator. The audibility is average. The ceilings are high. Overall, a good location, the lapel after the esentai mall is up. The disadvantage is that the road is the only one and because of this there is constant congestion. There is one bus, not as long as in the city, but a shortened one and it shakes terribly. You have to constantly take a taxi or drive your own car, but this does not protect you from traffic jams. But after driving a little, you immediately leave for Alfarabi. There is no underground parking in the yard and all cars are parked along the road. There is a football indoor playground. There is a minimarket in the courtyard. Security at the barrier. There is no place to walk a dog or a child on the territory. We dug up all the pipes, as they were originally made poorly. The house was not damaged in the earthquake.

The air is clean, in summer it is pleasantly cool. A safe yard. Everything is for comfort. I really liked the location, the security and the quality of the building. It corresponds to the price.

But then there are problems with water, the inability of the Turkish developer to provide normal service, a strange contingent in the communal pool. In general, I sold it, almost for the same money. Unfortunately, I was able to get here, unfortunately, there is no gain to live in the mountains for Almaty anymore - everywhere I could get it.
