From 7 to 10 o'clock, at 9:30 there was something to eat. The buffet: fried potatoes, rice, pilaf without meat, buckwheat, mashed beans, vegetables stewed in tomatoes, milk porridge (semolina, buckwheat, rice), strange salads, often seasoned with mayonnaise, cottage cheese, pancakes, pancakes, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, ready-made coffee and green tea in a large container, compote and juices, something dairy, 2 types of cheese. Baking with potatoes, spinach, cottage cheese. It's not edible with sausage and cheese. There is no slicing of vegetables, apples cut into quarters in small quantities, boiled and smoked sausage are cheap and inedible. You can find something to eat for breakfast. - no kettles in the rooms of any category, tea in a teapot and a bowl will be brought on request. Tolerable, but one evening I waited 40 minutes, after which I bought a boiler. - first, we checked into a room on the ground floor, in which the mattress was so hard that it seemed like I was sleeping on planks. During the registration process, the owner came, the name Timur, and, if possible, to settle me in the quietest place for rest, he gave me a discount and instead of the reserved standard room, settled me in a junior suite, thanks a lot to him for a hundred!!! I sewed on the ground floor, next to a small indoor park where you can sit, breathe fresh air, drink tea and coffee. All appliances are working in the room, the bed and mattress are new, it is very comfortable to sleep. Cleaning is daily. The breakfast included in the room rate corresponds to the cost, perhaps even exceeds the cost. There is a choice of porridge (different every day), sausages, cheese, fried eggs, sweets, cottage cheese, sietana, meat, etc. You won't leave one year ago for sure. Once I was a little late and the eggs didn't come. He returned to the waiter and, without question, with a smile, brought the dish in five minutes! In a word, although I'm picky, I really liked it! Ozrana works at the level, after 22:00 it is visited by an outsider, a detour is made and measures are taken in case of silence. Very dignified and respectful towards the guests! Thanks! Unfortunately, the review will be disappointing, because it was extremely uncomfortable to live in the hotel. Introductory notes: I stayed at the hotel for a month until I found an apartment to rent. Therefore, I was able to evaluate all aspects of living in this place. The service is zero, it is clear that no work is being done with employees to teach them how to communicate with customers. You will be asked to pay for your room three times a day, even if you said you would pay in the evening, you will be asked again every time you pass by the reception; you will be the first to be asked again when you call to order tea. And not even in a polite way, but with an intonation, as if you are a malicious defaulter. I paid on time for three weeks, then I got sick and didn't leave my room for a couple of days, I got calls many times with a question and a demand to pay, even woke up with these calls. Despite the fact that I announced several times that I was planning a long-term stay for a month and the previous three weeks on time or even paid in advance. This point is also noted here in other reviews, it is a pity that the management has not changed anything in its policy. If you put up a do not disturb sign and just sleep it off in a paid room, it would seem that something could go wrong. First, they will bang on the door, so hard that you will wake up. And then they will simply enter the room without permission, even though you are sleeping in it, arguing this with an "inventory". And if a person was naked at that moment, after such boorish behavior, you don't even feel safe in your own room. The walls are just cardboard, you can easily be woken up at 6 a.m. on Saturday, when you will sleep off, because there is no sound insulation. And your neighbors check in at 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. Only earplugs save There is no kettle in the room, so to make tea, you will need to call the reception and ask an employee to bring you tea. But it doesn't end there, about half an hour after ordering tea, when it still won't be there, you will have to call again, you will be asked with surprise "how? Did they bring you tea? Let's decide now," and after that, in another 20-30 minutes, you will finally be able to drink. Even the delivery from a restaurant on the other side of the city came to me faster than just bringing tea. Breakfast does not change every day, there is nothing to choose from, because it is completely tasteless. Thus, I am extremely disappointed in the hotel, the level of service (there is no word for it at all). Therefore, I recommend thinking several times about choosing this particular hotel. The advantages are also worth noting so that the review is objective: Cleaning is daily, though of poor quality, but at least every day. The only thing I want to say is thank you to the hotel manager, who twice promptly helped to resolve the issues that arose. That's where the advantages end.
