It did not work after connecting to Wi-fi. They called tech.support - the device was rebooted remotely. After the reboot , it froze at all .

The flash drive doesn't work well to print from it, but if you try hard, you can print even at a later time when everything else is closed. It's hard to figure out how to print via the Internet, I haven't figured it out...
