The horror! The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired... Sellers are rare boors, they allow themselves to make comments, they say, "they buy faster for 500 rubles than you do for 50," and then, she added, "they just walk around here, and I have to take out their sizes." Can you imagine!? Further, when I asked her to explain what she was saying out loud to the whole store, I was persistently given to understand other customers VERBATIM: Well, look at her... (She made a contemptuous squint and arrogantly turned away from us.) No, the shoes in the store are normal. We used to buy our own shoes there. And, so, when they decided to try on sneakers for 50, they immediately got a real attitude towards customers (buyers) We were very offended by this! Don't set foot in this store anymore

I am writing a review about the rieker store, which is located in Grodno in old city.I came to the store in search of white basic sneakers. I chose a model and asked to bring the size I needed. The seller brought them and another model, from herself. I tried on the ones that I asked for, and the ones that the seller advised, did not measure, said that I did not like them, to which the seller began to roll her eyes and wave her hand that I did not understand anything about fashion. When I asked her why she was acting like this, she started saying that she wasn't doing anything wrong. I asked for a complaint book, she said write whatever you want, I'll give the answer, I'm the head of the store, so I don't care. I called the management above to take action, looked at the cameras, how the seller behaves, it turned out that the cameras are there only for beauty and they can't figure out how the seller behaved. I do not recommend this store if you do not want to spoil your mood and show that you are a "turd" who decided to go to their store.
