A good gym, comfortable exercise equipment, you can feel the muscles working out, excellent trainers! There are polite girls at the reception, there is a bar with protein shakes and other sports drinks!

Хороший зал, много тренажерев, единственный минус это пара неквалифицированных тренеров. Крайне не рекомендую обращаться к тренеру Константину, он абсолютно не квалифицирован, не знает правильной техники выполнения упражнений и не следит за тем, как эти упражнения выполняют его подопечные. Программы его тренировок тоже сомнительны, исходя из своих наблюдений и общения с его бывшими клиентами я делаю такой вывод. Больно смотреть на то, как бедная неопытная девочка ушатывает свой поясничный отдел,а "тренер" докидывает еще вес. Чувство, что ему абсолютно безразлично если клиент травмируется, я уже молчу про какой-то результат. Надеюсь руководство зала обратит на это внимание
