Extremely bad shopping experience at POSH on Chavchavadze Avenue. We bought Golden Goose sneakers for 2000 GEL and tried to return them in just two days. The shoes were not worn and were in perfect condition with the box. The store refused to refund the money, hiding behind its internal "no refund" policy. No one warned us at the time of purchase that a refund was not possible. Even after contacting the store management through the staff, the answer remained the same — no refund is possible. For a store that sells luxury brands at such inflated prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Be very careful when shopping here.

The owner of the store is rude, passes off the goods as original, but in fact all the products are fake. She starts shouting and insulting at any questions about the documents for the goods. Also, the other owner insulted me on the phone too and didn't even make a refund after the purchase the next day. They insulted me in all possible ways, even called me a pig in Georgian, thinking that I did not know such words.
