A fantastic visit awaited me today on 04/28/26, when applying for a SIM card: dear girl Ksenia made a mistake in my last name, which she copied from her passport, and eventually issued it incorrectly. An application was made to change my data in order to bring it into line. All this nonsense lasted 50 minutes (!). When asked why you need to take a photo on a webcam, she could not answer. At the same time, the man was issued the same SIM card in 10 minutes, without photos and red tape. As a result, of course, I no longer needed a SIM card with such incomprehensible procedures, and the money I paid was returned. Although it took another 20 minutes. As a result, more than an hour of time was spent, and the confidence that people know what they are doing is lost. Definitely not recommended. Go to the neighboring Life, they make a SIM card in 15 minutes, and the tariff is more pleasant.

We visited this communication store yesterday (05/19) in order to purchase a SIM card. We asked twice if the Internet included in the tariff plan offered to us was unlimited, and both times we were told "yes", without any reservations. Later it turned out that unlimited, in the opinion of the girls, is 30 GB at unlimited speed, and then the so-called "unlimited" runs at a speed of NO MORE THAN 1 MB/s, which in fact turned out to be a complete lack of Internet. Internet distribution is also paid for in the tariff plan, and this is at a tariff cost of 40 bel. For some reason, the girls forgot to mention all this, simply "selling" us an absolutely useless and most expensive tariff plan. In this regard, the question to the management is why do you have incompetent employees who hide information that they are required to report? And, accordingly, the question is - how do we get back the money we paid for the SIM card, which turned out to be useless and not at all with the conditions that your employees announced to us?

I would like to express my special gratitude for the excellent work, which is very valuable to me, to Vladimir Mikhailovich Grakhovsky, an employee of MTS, who provided me with all the necessary and reliable information about the installment plan and the terms of purchase of goods on 10/16/2025 at the Castle shopping center. It's a pity that there was no equipment in the cabin at that moment. However, I saw that the employee really wanted to help me. Before that, there was an appeal to the online store, but the information provided there was incorrect and incomplete. It is very sad that the online store does not have information and does not inform the customer that the conditions may change when contacting the communication center. V. M. Grakhovsky's employee has an excellent combination of professionalism and human attitude.It is important that the company's management notices and appreciates such employees.

MTS management definitely needs to work with a calculator to compare the savings from cost reduction and the loss of income from the loss of customers.

I can connect it, but I can't provide information... And then I realized that nothing would work with such a specialist. I also asked him to choose a SIM card with the code 29, to which he replied that it was a paid number selection service, although it was always free. Moreover, two pens do not write for customers, which the MTS salon specialist does not care about. Sadness of course!
