On 03/14/2026 around (10:00-11:00 a.m.), my mother contacted this communication salon for advice on the issue of mobile Internet. However, the employee (the first window near the entrance) behaved extremely unprofessionally: she spoke rudely and incorrectly, showed no desire to help and actually refused to provide the necessary information. During the conversation, the employee showed a disdainful attitude: she rolled her eyes, exchanged glances with other employees, which looked like a mockery and caused my mother great discomfort. I consider such behavior unacceptable for employees working with clients. I ask you to check on this fact and take appropriate measures.
