So far the only Turkish restaurant where they didn’t bring a cup of tea as a compliment. And it’s not about the money (a glass of tea costs almost nothing for the restaurant), but about the attitude towards the client. Lentil soup was served without bread croutons, we have never seen anything like this anywhere else. I asked to bring Turkish coffee with dessert at the end, but they brought it along with the soup. Half of the miniature cup was coffee sediment. The portion of the second dish (assorted lamb) was frankly small - there was very little meat, the picture in the menu shown that it should be served with the fries, but it was not on the plate. Expectations and reality did not coincide, the food was not worth the money, and we left half-starved and disappointed. If the management does not reconsider its attitude towards visitors and does not stop saving on customers, this will end badly for the restaurant.

Nice cafe. The staff is attentive and not intrusive. The food is delicious. I really liked the meat dishes - the meat is juicy and delicious. There were minor difficulties when ordering due to the language barrier, but everything was resolved in the process of communication. The price corresponds to the quality and serving size. I was only disappointed by the absence of several dishes listed in the cafe menu: tripe soup and one of the desserts, when visiting (there were 3 times).

Kervan is an excellent Turkish cafe in Tashkent. The atmosphere is pleasant, the interior is oriental, and there is a sense of comfort. There is a large selection of Turkish dishes on the menu: kebabs, pide, soups, sweets and, of course, real tea. The food is delicious, the portions are good, the meat is always juicy and flavorful. The staff is friendly and the service is fast enough. The prices are average, in my opinion, justified by the quality. I especially like desserts and Turkish pastries.

The waitress who served does not speak Russian at all, which creates a problem for many visitors who do not know Uzbek, does not record the order, does not make the order itself, ignoring it. We ordered 2 dishes, 2 coffees and tea, and brought one coffee and one tea in a cup not in a teapot, then they brought only one dish (when asked where the second one was, they said well, you only ordered one), the request to call the manager was ignored and the answer was that you are not a problem, I will now bring the second dish, which you only ordered one. In the process, the first dish got cold. The request for an ashtray was also ignored. The waitress basically ignored this fact even after she had to shake the ashes into her hand in front of her eyes.
