I can't say the same about Tatiana Kalugina, the woman who takes blood for tests. She's a little rude. She made me nervous as a patient, taking into account the delivery of the stress hormone. Dear management of Invitro, please explain to the staff that your laboratory is not a free clinic, where they tolerate (although this is not the norm there) a bad mood and an unfriendly attitude of employees towards patients, for a lot of money. When paying for a service, you don't expect a boorish attitude, given the nature of the intervention.

I visited this laboratory on April 26, 2026. There is only one window open, the queue is large, and the person simply cannot cope with the volume of people. Personally, there are no complaints about the girl, she tries and works fast, I would say at the limit of her abilities. There are questions for the management here, you are greatly impairing the service by saving employees, and there is no desire to return to you. People come to the medical center not for a queue, but for speed and high-quality service. But in this laboratory, due to the savings on an additional registry employee, it all turns into a city polyclinic.

Unethical behavior and boorish communication are unacceptable for a paid clinic. 10 years ago, at Invitro, my arm was pricked so that it was purple with bruises due to improper blood collection, then they misdiagnosed it, urgently called me, and then they didn't even apologize. After so many years, I returned to Invitro and came across an employee who completely discouraged me from returning. The administrators, by the way, are very friendly, I have no questions about their work. But today's incident with the aforementioned employee left a very, very unpleasant feeling.

Since the doctor from the clinic issued only the form valid in this clinic, she went to the head of the department for the necessary form, where the doctor smiled at this oddity, they say, for the first time she hears about this from a private laboratory and issued an extract with the necessary and diagnosis: pregnancy of so many weeks at the time of such and such a date. When she came to the Surganov invitro: on an empty stomach for 12 hours, she was sick, did not sleep well, worried about an unpleasant study and faced with an unqualified Milgui employee, who clarified everything from the first minute on the phone, on the computer, from the staff, who also did not give a clear answer and as a result did not take as a basis an extract, where everything was indicated as reported by your employee in the help desk, and the form for my clinic, where the diagnosis indicated z34.9 and refused the service at this address, they say there is no data for how many weeks (and they are in the statement under the seal of the clinic, the doctor and the head! ) When she pointed out that these details were in this paper, they told her that this was not a referral, this was another one, and they sent me to another address where a doctor would see me and give me the necessary form. We believe that we would have paid extra for the consultation. If these are important points, then you need to inform the help desk about this, and not after the fact, when traffic jams start all over the city and the client is pregnant. If we wanted to face unskilled and rude employees, we would not have contacted a private center! It's terrible!

They said that the result would be on Monday, apparently because of the weekend, but after a few hours the results came in the mail.
