A polite and attentive young man at the reception, the nurse was very patient and tactful, waited until the child gathered his courage before taking blood, there were no bruises after that. I gave blood for analysis in person several times, and called a laboratory assistant at home several times. All tests are performed on time. The staff is polite. There are promotions and discounts. The prices are reasonable.

The reception of patients is very slow, 3 people per hour. The girl at the reception needs to be changed. In one hall there are people taking routine tests and PCR is generally legal. We spent 1 hour in line with potential infected people. I strongly recommend not to visit.
