Купила билет на рейс 03.07 Москва-Минск (22:30), в 17:22 (то есть за 5 часов до отправления) мне звонят и сообщают новость, что мой билет аннулировали, потому что нет мест😃 Сказали, что деньги вернут, но мне самой нужно будет сейчас искать и покупать билет (п.с. Билетов на этот день уже не осталось, деньги вернули с удержанием 108 рос рублей😂), на мое негодование мне ответила женщина монотонно «едьте завтра» На горячей линии ждала ответ 13 минут. В общем, если у вас срочные дела или планы в другом городе или стране и вы выбираете интеркарс, то учтите, что вас могут тупо выкинуть с рейса за 5 часов до отправления Что интересно, так это то, что если пассажир сдает билет, на сколько я помню, менее, чем за 24 часа до отправления-возвращают 1% от стоимости (как издёвка какая-то😁) Зато сами творят черт знает что Не рекомендую

I traveled with Intercars carrier The Moscow-Minsk trip, on March 28 at 21.45 and the Minsk-Moscow trip, on March 30 at 22:45. We booked seats in the Minsk office. Everything went great. We left on time and arrived quickly. The buses are very comfortable, the staff is polite. The Wi-Fi was working. I have been choosing Intercars for two years now, as it offers reasonable prices and excellent service. There is a loyalty program, thanks to which it is interesting to contact them again and again, I have already changed two loyalty cards. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the intercars office in Minsk. I bought tickets more than once and had to change them, they helped me do everything very quickly!
