I made curls in this salon .. And she was awesome, to put it mildly.. If I didn 't pay , my conscience wouldn 't let me and I didn 't want any problems ... the request was just for curls . The trainee girl twisted the curl 3 times.. I didn't even use thermal protection.. It turned out to be a cheat from the 90s .. For 50 rubles .. I came home and washed my hair , and I was in a bad mood and a bad event .. There are no questions for the girl - everyone needs to learn .. She tried.. And to the hostess - she saw that it turned out to be a turd... And she said .. If you don 't like it, that 's fine.. She didn 't even try to do anything . I always hang out with my girlfriend , but on this day she was relaxing with us - she was shocked as a hairdresser . I think we need to at least warn clients what the trainee master will do ..

07/16/2023 I did the coloring at Marina's top master.The request was a blonde without monthly root coloring .In the recommendations for care for the desired shade, the master advised to purchase a shade shampoo.After 3 weeks, a clear root line is visible, spots and irregularities along the parting.The master argued that she had not purchased shampoo.In another salon, they commented that the coloring technique is broken and will have to be corrected by coloring and tinting for 6 months.The master refused to refund the funds for the work
