There are no questions about the store at this address. Good choice, detailed consultation. But after ordering linoleum, I came across an inappropriate product, as can be seen in the photos. I got on the phone on the website and was referred to a complaints specialist for a replacement. I provided the data from the photo and no response, despite the fact that I wrote during business hours. On the following day, we replied in Viber to send the account number and issue a refund. When asked where the refund form is and whether it can be processed through you, they said to deal with the managers. The question is why there was an account number then. I called the manager at the phone number listed on the website. It was February 20th. Instead of helping, I immediately received that the floor covering was irrevocable, although this is not the case by law if the coating was not used, as in my case. They told me to deal with a complaints specialist. Having made a decision, I went to the salon where I bought it and everything was sorted out in five minutes and on the same day the new linoleum was delivered of proper quality. The impressions were mixed, time and effort were spent. The manager on the phone from the site and the complaint specialist apparently decided to transfer me back and forth until I fall off. There is also a question for the warehouse workers, who apparently damaged the linoleum with a loader and decided that they could send it to the customer with such damage.

A polite consultant helped me choose the skirting boards for the linoleum. They'll tell you everything, they'll tell you everything. An order is possible even to the store if the weight is small. I was glad that there are discounts in the store. In short, I recommend it.

Terrible service. There is no consistency between the warehouse, managers, and stores. The store offered Pergo laminate flooring. We calculated the amount and made sure that this amount is sufficient for laying our premises. According to the law of meanness, 2 boards were missing. We contacted the salon and promised to deliver it. On the day of delivery to the salon, the spouse came to pick up, but the order was not accepted. Nothing, they took it in the salon with the collection of these boards in a warehouse the next day outside the city. My husband went to the warehouse in Bolshevik ag on purpose in the morning, and of course these boards were not in stock. There are 3 boards listed in the database, but they allegedly were not found. The husband returned empty-handed. Then we went back to the managers about the laminate. Everyone accepts the order, but they don't call back on the day of delivery, or they call back at the last minute and say that the boards are listed but they won't be delivered. As a result of the wasted 2 weeks. At the salon, we were told that this laminate had been discontinued. By phone, the managers promise an October/November launch at the factory. I only have a question for the seller of the salon on Prilukskaya, if he knew that this laminate would no longer be available, then why did he recommend buying a laminate end-to-end. The next time I'm going to buy a floor covering, I'll choose well-known brands and salons so as not to be flush.

The only drawback is that a week after the order was made, the manager for some reason decided that we did not want to buy from them and canceled everything, despite the fact that they said the exact date when we expect delivery from them. Fortunately, another employee quickly helped to recalculate everything. But overall, the impressions are positive.
