They have a large fleet of the most advanced equipment, try to monitor its condition and update it whenever possible. With their help, we organized both large-scale filming (which required a detailed list of equipment provided as much as possible in advance) and small additional filming. It's terrible, I took the equipment at lunch, they didn't tell me that they would go to dinner, as a result, I return at 7:10 - and the door is closed... They work until 23:00 I call - it turns out they have gone to eat - horror, the problem is not that they are having dinner - but that they were not even warned.... There are no other warnings on the door except for lunch. As a result, I waited for them for 50 minutes when they returned to pick up their equipment and rent which I took and return my passport. Terrible service, you need to warn about such things. And they didn't even apologize, they also said that they would be there in 30 minutes, and returned an hour later
