I don't know how you can make raf bitter, but that's not the saddest thing about my visit to this point. The Ira barista does not even have basic communication skills with guests. Not only did I wait for her for about 5 minutes while she was on the phone, I received neither "hello", "thank you", nor "goodbye", she talked to me in such a tone as if I had forcibly called her to this job. At first, I thought that the mood of a person is something that does not happen to anyone. She thanked him politely, in response to the silence. And then she started serving her friend, who was standing behind me with a big smile and open arms. Awesome Customer orientation is a God level.

There are no questions about the coffee shop as a whole, but there are questions about the service. Mikhail, an employee, was standing at the checkout, and instead of a normal reaction to the order (they took two large lattes with coupon 2121), they received muttering under their breath and obvious displeasure on their face, after such an attitude they would no longer want to return here, I would like this not to happen to other customers again. Plus, it would be cool if there was some music playing in the background.
