We stopped by for lunch before leaving home, as the place is very conveniently located on the way to the train station. I think it is also very convenient to have breakfast in it upon arrival in Brest. Despite the heat, it was cool and not stuffy on the summer highway. They asked for a replacement, which the staff did. The second time, the dish was better, but the meat is still tough (difficult to cut), and I also got rotten potatoes. We decided that while we were looking for a new cafe and reached it, it would take the same 30 minutes. But that's okay, time flies fast in good company. The scary thing is what kind of food we ended up with. Ravioli with rabbit, mushrooms and BONES. Dumplings with bacon were swimming in fat. The fondue (chocolate cupcake with ice cream) lay alone in the center of the plate, without a mint leaf, without jam. The pitch is terrible, of course.

It was 04/20/26. I ordered the soup of the day - stewed cabbage soup with chicken, green tea and draniki with sour cream. There are no complaints about soup and tea. But the draniki upset me - in texture and taste it looked like fried paste with a taste of onions. Either I'm so unlucky, or they're always like this here, I don't know. These were the only tasteless draniki during my trip Minsk-Grodno-Brest :(

In the morning, only a buffet for 25 rubles. Not everyone needs this format, and another one is impossible (i.e. ordering coffee with a small snack will not work). Maybe the management should think about making it possible to order from the menu in addition to the buffet. We stopped for lunch before the train, we thought that a business lunch would be just what we needed: fast and tasty. But they announced that the dumplings from the business lunch menu would be waiting for 30 minutes... Strange. As a result, we ordered something that would be prepared faster. Great place near the train station! Delicious cuisine, affordable prices, large portions, friendly atmosphere. The service is top notch! It was not the first time that we came across restaurants in Belarus that can often be closed for special services, but we always managed to eat at the Suitcase cafe. There are enough places to stay, the cafe itself is clean, there is a TV in the hall. The cafe is located near the bus station. We had dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms, dumplings with beef and cumin. Delicious and satisfying! The service was courteous and fast. We visited the Suitcase while passing through Brest and the impression was very good. We had a business lunch with smoked salmon dumplings. We didn't even expect it to be so delicious. You don't usually expect much frills from business lunches. Dumplings are on fire! The portions are decent, the prices are reasonable. The interior is modest, without unnecessary decor, clean and bright. It looks more like a dining room. The girls at work are friendly, polite and friendly. A great place to have a snack. When planning a trip to Brest, we looked through various places to visit, including the Suitcase. Guys, if you want to get an explosion of flavor, take the pies - it's a bomb! We didn't try the dumplings, as they were purposefully made for the sake of pies. I had to wait about an hour and a half instead of the stated hour, but the issue was resolved thanks to the complement in the form of gorgeous cupcakes (according to the children), very tasty tea, because of which the son did not leave until he had drunk everything, and 10% discount on the order. For a year now, my family and I have been having breakfast at this place every Sunday. I like everything. The staff is very friendly, the interior is pleasant, the food is delicious, the coffee is good, the bathroom is clean. There is a buffet in the morning, there is a lot of food and it is varied. Some items are constantly there, and some are periodically added or replaced (such as a sin-rice). The price is very affordable, from an adult 20p, and for children (like up to 6 years old) it is free. No one looks at how much you've put on, they don't rush you. Sometimes tourist groups have breakfast here, but even with a full landing, there is enough food for everyone, because all the blahs are replenished promptly. We will continue to come here. The idea is good, but the service is terrible. We waited for Draniki for 40 minutes, salad (with eggplant) for 50 minutes. The drinks arrived (wine and juice) after 15 minutes. With the filling capacity, I won't say that there was a blockage (displayed in the photo). They don't know how to cook draniki AT ALL (out of 3 pieces, two are overcooked and one is raw). There are much better PLACES nearby. WE REALLY REGRETTED COMING IN.

We went here with my wife 2 times. For the first time, we took hand-made dumplings, 2 portions (fish and meat are just fire) and a portion of draniki (delicious), drank homemade lemonade and 2 beers. It was released for 1800₽ Russian rubles. I liked everything very much, they came the next day, I took a meringue roll (not bad) + fruit tea (normal), my wife took a chicken thigh with zucchini sauce (delicious) and cherry Bumblebee (normal), it came out 1000₽ Russian. The cafe is located a little way back from the road, I highly recommend it as delicious and inexpensive!

We went to the Suitcase cafe in Brest, decided to try a business lunch. The menu here is organized by day of the week. The borscht is delicious, but it was brought slightly warm. Tomato salad with crab sticks — with sooooo much mayonnaise 😁 Perhaps this is a feature of the local recipe or just the cook loves mayonnaise very much, but for us it was clearly too much. The second course was kebab with rice. The kebab itself is delicious, but the rice turned out to be very sticky. The situation with Wi-Fi was particularly surprising: the waitress said that it was only available for Belarusian numbers — more precisely, if the SIM card was Russian, it would not be possible to connect. Therefore, we are a little surprised by the 5.0 rating. Perhaps the dishes from the main menu here are really excellent, but the impressions for the business lunch were quite average.

After we searched for a place to eat, we found the dumpling bar "Suitcase" through Yandex, the reviews and ratings were high. As a result of the visit, we were very satisfied. They didn't say hello or offer to sit down. They served the menu and left. When they came for the order, they tried to dissuade them from the dishes by waiting a long time. . When ordering drinks again, the glass from the previous one was not taken from the table. During the visit, one of the waitresses was collecting dishes in the next room, at some point the door closed in that room and loud speech came from there, apparently there was a showdown, which completely spoiled my mood and desire to return to this cafe.
