It's a terrible office. There are 3 managers out of 6 . The room manager talks very rudely and ignores people. The queue for 4 people moved forward in 50 minutes. Lack of seats. Instead, there are display cases with telephones all over the hall.

I've almost never written negative reviews, but there's no way. I've been with Beeline for 17 years, so I can safely leave a review, and unfortunately I want to leave, because every year it's a shame, there's no decent speed, prices are expensive, tariffs for majors, communication is more or less, changing minutes to Gb for money is a disgrace, I paid for the tariff, then also I have to pay for the exchange.... Shame! There are practically no advantages... I won't say anything about the office, there's no point in going there.

Disgusting. On the recommendation of a Beeline technician, I bought a router. The Internet speed and stability at home are terrible. The technician installed a router from the same manufacturer, and the speed and stability of the Internet improved significantly. Rent must now be paid for the router. And I also spent money on buying a router. Conclusion: the provider intentionally underestimates the speed when installing a router purchased in a store, because in this case I do not pay rent in Beeline. It is possible to implement: when requested from the network, a router that is not rented in Beeline does not give a "friend or foe" response. After that, the speed automatically decreases and periodically drops to almost zero, but there is no break / termination of the session. When checking: the service is provided, there are no gaps. The problem is on the client's side. Awful. If you have a choice, then try another provider. Good luck to all.

The connection went bad. They put obscure subscriptions on the number that I didn't ask for. The prices for the tariffs are too high. There is no service. The call center operator 116 did not solve the problem. Supposedly, technical work is underway on the numbers and therefore it is impossible to connect the tariff. They offer to buy a new room so that the Internet appears. And the room, sorry, costs 8500. And it is not known how much more technical work will be carried out. I decided to use a different cellular connection. And leave this number to receive calls.
