I can only leave a good review.I opened 2 cards in SOM and in dollars. It was processed quickly, within 3 days, and there were no payment failures. I tried paying in Thailand and Turkey. The in-app support responds quickly. When withdrawing cash in Thailand, there was a large commission from the local bank, but that's another story.

my experience of using this bank's card for payments outside the Russian Federation is very negative. The last straw for writing the review was the situation when the bank had an amount of 300 euros in its hold. according to the bank's rules, they hold it for 30 days and if the recipient does not confirm the debit, a refund occurs. After asking at least 10 questions, I barely got the answer that "unblocking will happen at the end of the working day at 18:00." It didn't happen, but I needed the money that day, because I was already on my way. That is, you can face complete unpredictability. But, as I said, there were many situations before that, after which I no longer trust the bank: 1. in the middle of the night upon arrival in another country, the card was blocked because no proof of income was provided (but no one warned about this at the time of issuing the card). Accordingly, the car rental was disrupted and a lot of time, nerves and extra money were lost. 2. After submitting the document, the card was unblocked. But after a few days it is blocked again, also after the end of the working day. They say the documents didn't fit, but why not initially tell them what kind of documents they should be...or inform us at the time of receipt...treacherously unpredictable again. 3. and periodically there are situations when I couldn't log into the app... That's such a "wonderful" experience. I would really like to refund the money and close the card. I support the previous reviews about the bank's employees. 24/7 support does not respond promptly. Responses from living people like robots. They don't solve the issues, they delay them. They are constantly changing their requirements. Aizhan has a separate respect, aerobatics of the professional level. With all my angelic patience, she really drove me crazy with her mega professional unsubscribing requests. She is not attentive, skips requests, and gives almost one response per hour. I assume poor knowledge of the language and the query with the alphabet translates. Not an ounce of intelligence, unsubscribe and wait for an answer, we will inform you and went into the fog. Don't be fooled by old reviews about the bank. It's 2025, and the problem with SWIFT transfers has not been resolved. 24/7 online support writes one message per hour. It takes a whole day to figure out the reasons. You'll just be fooled. They do not send you an SMS message or a push notification that the transfer has been rejected. A terrible bank. SWIFT translations do not come from the word at all. The bank responds by unsubscribing that the problem is with the correspondent bank. But it's not the customers who choose the correspondent bank, but the management of Bakai Bank chose and signed contracts with correspondent banks. And that's it, the bank was no longer interested in me, I tried to pay the invoice for a week, I constantly needed some new documents, swift transfers were rejected, asked to confirm that I was not a terrorist, and so on. as a result, they wrote that it is impossible to make a swift transfer to Ireland because I am a resident of the Russian Federation. OK, I take my card details for foreign transfers and try to transfer money back from Bakai Bank to my account at the Bank of the Russian Federation, but it turns out that this cannot be done for many reasons, which are also called to you daily and the transfer is rejected! The conditions for withdrawing the Swift transfer were 0.2%. When I received this transfer, the bank staff explained on 28.06 that I would be able to withdraw only at 3% of the amount!!!!! Referring to their law of the 13th!!! The card was issued again on 14.06, and the conditions were different!!!! "An excellent offer from the bank" to give money in som at the rate of 79 and buy $ 82 from them, this is not 3 but 4%!!!!
