DO NOT ORDER DOORS HERE. Everything came with defects and scratches. The doors were installed crookedly. We'll rearrange it ourselves. And, of course, they refused to replace and fix the defects in any way. Terrible order support. They don't answer the phone and can't figure out the time, so they redirect you to different phone numbers. And we already need to paint the walls. But it is unclear when these doors will be approximately and when to order a specialist! A week has passed, I was able to reach the specialists! God, it's a miracle. And it is still unknown how long to wait for a response from the production with the readiness of the order. We promised to write to the production last week and find out. As it turned out, no one found out anything (the shipping department is ardent to you!) The manager promised to write to the production today. I add to the review: the doors arrived, we did not unpack them because they were heavy. The installer arrived three days later, and when unpacking, a defect (chipped aluminum edge) was found . We really hope that your shipping department will replace the door for us or refund the money because the defect is very visible. As always, they replied that they were waiting. I hope I won't have to wait for several months again. I really regretted contacting this company. Tk no one is responsible for anything.

When concluding the contract, the measurer forgot to indicate that the apartment number should be engraved on the door. This problem was reported after installation to both the installers and the measurer. Everyone was sent to resolve the issue with the salon. They sent it to the manufacturer in the salon, it's not possible to get through to the manufacturer. The only manager, Anna, advised me not to call, but to write. I also worked as a postman to deliver my letters to the manufacturer. The result is a reply on three A4 sheets, stating that you will not have any number on the doors because This is not in the contract. There are no footsteps to the doors, at least not yet. The installers arrived for installation late and at two o'clock, provided that they had previously called and promised to be there in 15 minutes.

During the proceedings, it turned out that the consultation was poorly conducted and instead of the right door, we will have a similar one, but not the same one. There is a door on the website that suited us, perhaps we compared our trim with it, but the price and name next to it seemed to be from that door, which in the end was not the same. In the end, we have a door with transparent glass (although we needed frosted glass that was not transparent), wasted money, time and nerves. They also brought the door with a marriage, took it away for a maximum of two weeks to fix it, but in the end it was not for a month. The calls are answered every other time, but where is the door? they answer soon, I'll clarify and call you back, but of course no one ever called back. I ordered 5 cameras from this company. The measurer Denis (Dima) arrived, who made the wrong measurements - he did not count the 3 roads!!! I believe that the work of the measurer includes a survey of the client for each door: whether a threshold is needed or not. And then, as it turned out, the measurer decided that thresholds were not needed, because now they are not being installed. Ha ha!! Moreover, it was clear that a threshold was needed between the tile and laminate in the bathroom and kitchen (because the old thresholds were not dismantled). As a result, when it came time to install the doors, there was not enough material (1 box). I can't even imagine how much longer I'll have to wait!!! And, in general, the doors are great!! They look "live" better than in the photo.

In the evening of the same day, the measurer called me back, with whom we agreed that he would come to the measurement on Saturday, and we would agree on the time beforehand the day before. On the eve of Friday, no one called me, I decided to dial myself. The measurer did not answer the phone. I called the salon, where the consultant reassured me that the measurer was just busy, he would call back later, and my application was there. After waiting for the measurer's call for half a day on Saturday, I dialed him myself, to which I heard the answer that no one was going to come to me, since he had a day off today. And today he just had to call me and arrange for the day of measurement. Naturally, this angered me and I called the salon, where they told me that my application was issued for today and the measurer apparently confused something and forgot. On Monday evening, the measurer dialed me that he could drive up in half an hour, but I had to pay 10%. When I specified which 10%, it turned out that I already had to choose the door and he would just come for the money. He does not conduct any catalogs, free measurements, consultations, etc. Having contacted the salon, I did not receive any apologies or a normal response to the current situation. In addition to everything, I found out that the doors presented on the site do not exist at all. And I had to come to their salon. But for some reason, in a week and a half of communication with this salon, I heard about it for the first time. The review left on their website, of course, was not published. The impression is completely ruined and time is wasted. The experience of working with this salon is extremely negative
