The service was denied. I came to buy equipment and took a ticket.. when my number was called, I was told that it was a mistake and other visitors came before me.. therefore, they will serve them.. I'll have to wait..by skipping a person..I tried again.. but I was told that I had to take the ticket again because my turn had passed.. It seemed that the staff was not interested in selling.. The equipment consultant has not left his seat to consult all the time.. I don't want to go into this salon anymore!

Hello! Unfortunately, lately the A1 communication salon at 119 Dzerzhinsky Avenue has only caused disappointment. Previously, it was a place where excellent, competent specialists worked, always ready to help and solve any issue. Now there is no trace of the former level of service. Recent visits have left an unpleasant aftertaste. The staff works inattentively, without interest in the client, it seems that they simply lack the competence or desire to understand the problem. Queues move slowly, and the quality of consultations leaves much to be desired. It is a pity that a once good salon has turned into a place that you now want to avoid.

The quality of service has deteriorated significantly. I had to apply 2 times in a month. Of the 3 jobs, 1 employee worked for the first time, 2 for the second time. And this is during rush hour, 5 - 6 p.m. The staff is not competent in the simplest matters, whatever the client is the problem. I issued a twin card, they talked nonsense about its subscription fee and cost, if I hadn't initially studied the conditions through the website, I would never have bought it in my life. The second time I bought a phone through an online store, I waited more than an hour for the issue, but the employee did not even know about the purchase promotion. By the way, 1 customer left without buying. After an hour of waiting, they couldn't get through to the checkout. If you put an intern in the workplace, at least not for everything. Yes, and leave a more competent employee for control. What's my business, though? It's not my profit.

I have no questions for Pavel M., who served, and I want to optimize the rest, they are there for furniture.

I used Internet and TV services, the speed was disgusting, and the remote control didn't have a battery cover in the TV kit. I wanted to terminate the contract, the consultant said that in this branch it is carried out from 20 to 21 on weekends. I arrived at 20:15, the point is closed, the opening hours on weekends are until 19:00. It's disgusting, you don't want the enemy to be served in A1. Why can the equipment be delivered one hour a day? And in neighboring towns, it's generally from 14 to 15, when many people are at work. As a result, you simply cannot terminate the contract, and the money is withdrawn.

My wife and I were amazed at the endurance of the Cooper worker Valentina. She had a difficult client who didn't want to understand anything. Even I was already boiling over hearing complaints from a client. Zero knowledge of the Internet, but the principle hammered into my head: - the client is always right, he did not let go. Raised tones, threats to switch to another operator, and so on. But Bondar Valentina came out of this situation with honor, although the client did not understand anything and may come to make trouble again, a consensus was reached. We first got a consultation on the tariff plan with another employee, Valeria Maretskaya, and received answers to all our questions, clearly and intelligibly. After a while, we came with a passport and signed a contract, and this time we got to Bondar Valentina, the girl "kremen" and signed a contract. Everything turned out just as clearly and quickly. My wife and I are very grateful to these two girls working at a1. Thank you for your work!!! P.S. I just now saw the inaccuracy (((address of the Dzerzhinsky center, 104 on Titan.Now I understand why the employees did not see my review (Today I contacted Bondar V. again and she is not aware of my review.

It was literally today (20.06). I was served by a girl, Julia (I don't remember the last name, but very interesting), I closed the contract because the equipment was unnecessary. A very nice and pleasant girl, served as quickly as it was technically possible. There are no complaints about the service. The problem is rather in the building itself, since there is a very strong echo in the cabin, which made it a little difficult to hear the specialist. Because of this, minus one star. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied.

I have not seen a worse A1 salon in Minsk. There have been a lot of complaints over the past two years, but today's case was particularly surprising. Before starting to communicate with my wife, a long-term A1 employee demanded to stand in front of him on the left side!! This is, apparently, the next level of communications A1 Minsk. To the question "is it possible to connect a higher speed to Dzerzhinsky 119 today?", this employee "turned on the Einstein mode" with the requirement to explain: "what technology are we talking about?". A man is asking a woman 50+ years old! Knowing full well that almost no one at this age among the female sex is aware of "these internets of yours"! But that's not all. A1 office is located in our house: ALL employees have long known that our Internet is connected via Ethernet technology, but "proud Einstein" asks important questions over and over again... By the way, this person has long promised to quit, but apparently there is no one to leave his "powerful knowledge" to. I would not have written this negative review if it were not for the arrogant and incompetent behavior of employees of the A1 branch of Minsk, 119 Dzerzhinsky St. in relation to A1 customers. We came to this institution to get help with issues with the router. We moved to another apartment, there is no Internet. The consultant (a long-haired young man) said that there was no way to use their Internet at this address, and the only solution was to terminate the contract and pay a fine of 4 basic. That is, the company does not have the opportunity to provide us with Internet in a new apartment, and we have to pay a fine for this. Naturally, not agreeing with this logic, we went to look for help in another department. Once in the shopping center "Titan", a very competent girl solved all our problems without charging a fine. For which we are very grateful to her. Conclusion: Train your employees. This apathetic attitude and unwillingness to sort out the problem is depressing. There is no desire to return to Malinovka anymore.
