We chose glasses for our daughter on September 8 (15 years old, astigmatism).
We asked the consultant for a model - they showed us one model from the children's assortment.
After that, we independently selected different models for more than an hour. During all this time, the consultant has never approached us. We have selected several options. We started to place an order - it turned out that our recipe requires a certain frame size (54 and above) - the selected frame does not fit. We took the second selected option - it turned out that our lenses cannot be combined with a fishing line.
In total, we spent 1.5 hours of time and did not choose anything.
The consultant's boorish attitude is striking - when a colleague approached her and pointed at us, the consultant waved her hand at us, saying - they were just "walking".
Why didn't they specify at the start what exactly we choose? Why didn't you ask about the recipe and help reduce the time needed to select exactly the frame that is suitable for our lenses? It would have saved us time and we probably got away with the purchase.

I placed an order right before closing, I chose for a long time, nothing fit, from a distant stand with brands I was offered only one frame for 350 rubles, but I said that I did not want to pay more than 300 rubles for the frame and more They didn't offer me anything from there. by the method of exclusion, I chose one (they then scored on me and helped other clients, apparently they decided that I would not choose anything). by the morning, I realized that I didn't like it and went to the optician's office to open it with the question of whether it was possible to change my frame, by the way, the courier hadn't picked it up yet and it was in the store. I was met by Dr. admin, not the one who was yesterday, the doctor who checked my eyesight and another girl (thanks a lot for her help). the admin and the doctor immediately started openly hitting on me that I couldn't change the frame and in general, what the hell did I come from, I had been choosing for so long. the girl insisted that the main thing was for the client to be satisfied and they threw me at her and locked themselves in the vision check room. while we were measuring, my friend came to help with the choice and I made a joke to her that in this frame I look like a pedophile from the movie Cute Bones (I think many people know this meme). the doctor and the admin heard this, and the doctor told me to go to a psychiatrist, otherwise I "obviously have problems with my head" and the admin supported her. as a result, we chose a frame from the stand, where last time I was offered only one, for 265p. when we were finishing processing, a courier arrived and the girl asked her to wait 5 minutes to pick up my frame and she agreed. the admin came out and started talking about why a person is being detained for my sake. then the doctor came out and started telling me maybe I won't buy anything at all and "sleep with" this thought and then I'll come, or I'll make a refund again, and "You know, we don't need refunds"
in general, my frame was taken away, as it turned out, I was also incorrectly consulted on lenses for the 1st time. as a result, the glasses cost me about 540p and a spoiled mood. by the way, according to the law, I had every right to exchange, the frame did not even have time to leave to replace the glasses.
bottom line: the level of customer orientation is good, I regret that I did not have time to immediately write a complaint on the spot

I applied to this optician to check my eyesight and select a new frame. The doctor carefully checked the vision and adjusted the current diopter. She also advised which drops to drip to remove dryness. Everything helped. The new glasses were made quickly and with new diopters. I can't get enough of the new thing.
