We spent 9 nights in July 2023 with our family: adults +children. It's my first time in Hurghada. We have been to Sharm el-Sheikh many times before. I would put 4.5 points. The hotel is worth considering.
Summary: an unsaturated hotel with a pleasant large territory, a good beach, excellent staff, but with an incomplete food system, so far closed access to the big sea and with a not as exotic sea as in Sharm el Sheikh, positioning itself as a family, but not the best hotel for children. Anyway, we had a good time. And if you consider that it is constantly being upgraded, then maybe all the shortcomings will be eliminated in the future.

I want to share my impression of the hotel, I rested with my son from 07/29/2022 to 08/05/2022.The hotel is just terrible. the first impression of how I just walked into the hall, I saw old sofas, the tables near the sofas are dirty, they are not wiped at all ((But this is not the worst thing that happened later when we were given the keys to the room, and we came to this creepy room, old furniture and repairs,TV whose batteries are dead in the remote control, these are flowers after what happened next.☹️My son and I were very tired after the trip and decided to get some sleep and then go to dinner, after we woke up, my son said that he was bitten by mosquitoes, but it seemed very strange to me since I did not hear the buzzing.I anointed him and began to get ready for dinner after we came from dinner to the room and began to go to bed , I saw on my son's pillow that someone was crawling, I abruptly ran up and crushed when I saw that I had crushed not a bug but a bed bug , I was just stunned 😳 I started turning over the pillow and blanket I don't know how many of them there were, I even shot a video that I'll attach.Then my son and I grabbed our suitcase, since I didn't quite have time to disassemble it, and ran to the lobby, where I swore for a long time because we didn't want to change the room, after about an hour we still had it changed and late at night we moved into a new room.I have no words for this situation, what bothered me the most was that I was afraid to bring these creatures to my home🤦From the first day of rest , almost the entire vacation was negative .The hotel positions that it is the first coastline, the first line there does not smell of the word at all, definitely the second line, since the tide is early in the morning and the sea is below the knee and by 11 o'clock the tide is out and it is necessary to walk 250 meters along the pier so that it is at least chest-deep, and if you go straight to the very end of the pier there is deep(we didn't go there).I can tell from the food at the hotel that we didn't go hungry, but there wasn't much variety, they didn't tell us much fruit at the time when we were in their mango season, but they didn't give it to us.Alcoholic beverages are not ice cheap wine, beer is not tasty.Our room was cleaned probably twice during our entire stay.The hotel is definitely not 5 stars, maximum 3 stars. The highlight on the cake was that when we left, they wanted to charge us another $ 30, allegedly there was a scratch on the toilet lid, when I started to collapse and show a video of the room with bedbugs, and photos of my son's bites, they called Yulia's translator and she asked me to describe the situation that we were late entering the room and did not have time to inspect it (I don't understand, I came to rest or do inspections). We rested from 29.07 to 09.08.22 we did not like the dirty hotel. The room was washed after the 5th day, everything was old, old tapestry pillows and poufs were pulled out onto the balcony, as everything is dusty and faded from time. The sea is shallow by the ankle, the pier is open from 9 to 18. Who gets up early sits in a puddle of the sea if the water does not go away. The internet is bad in the main building. Power outages started on the 3rd day and often from 6 to 20 times. The neighbors had clips... We checked our bed every day. The beach is dirty, glasses and cellophane are scattered everywhere. The smell of chlorine by the pool filled the air and the smell of sewage, which was abundantly watered by plants on the territory. The territory of the hotel is clean and beautiful. There was no animation. I saw Arabs dancing in the pool 2 times and it took 11 days. Disco after 12 at night, in an old room that looks like a drug den. And no one is. It is better not to go outside the territory for Egyptians, Russian is a walking "wallet" they lock the door behind you and impose expensive purchases. Sellers are angry. There are few Russians. It is not clear where the honest reviews are. During the period of our review, we talked with people and everyone was just shocked by this hotel. Where the reviews disappear. What's a 5k for that kind of money?!! This is a maximum of 3 points! Bedbugs are a separate topic, we need to deal with the tour operator.

Hurghada has an abnormally cold winter in January by local standards, and there is indeed wind.
But despite this, there are areas on the territory of the hotel where the wind is not so strong and you can lie down and bask in the sun.
The hotel is generally good.
With regard to food, it is one of the few in Khurdag with such a huge assortment of different dishes. All products are fresh:meat, fish,seafood, milk,fruits and vegetables. Lots of desserts and buns. The food is all very tasty, cooked with high quality. We didn't have any stomach problems.
In addition to the main meals at the restaurant, we liked the pizza and burgers at the bars on the beach and around the pool. The Viennese waffles were also good!)
As for the rooms, it's generally not bad, but I wouldn't say it's 5 stars, since there are stains on the towels and bed linen. The furniture is no longer new enough. I was pleased with the working safe and refrigerator! There are different shower heads in the rooms:somewhere the usual ones are normal, somewhere the watering can is like in a cold shower on the beach (very uncomfortable).
The room was cleaned daily at first, and then for 2 days there was no cleaning, only new bottles of water were placed at the door.
The hotel has free billiards and a disco room. However, animators call every day, instead of a hotel disco, to a club for $ 25 per person.
Despite this, the animators are just wonderful, there are different shows every day, different games and other entertainment are held during the day.
Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid ($5 /day; $15 / week), catches only on the floor at the reception and bar.
The territory of the hotel is beautifully maintained, flowers, shrubs and other various plants are everywhere, you can observe the work of gardeners every day.
The air on January 22-29 was somewhere between 23-25 degrees, warmer in the sun.
The water in the sea is just hot, compared to the pools on the territory.
The children's pool is heated best of all, the central pool should have been warm too, but the water there is quite cool.
In general, I can rate the hotel at 7/10.

Three people had a family vacation - a child of 13 years old from June 3 to June 17.We liked everything.It was our first time in Egypt, the hotel was good, we had a Room Type / Accommodation DBL+EX.BED (Standard Room) 1 large bed and an armchair bed..TV,safe,bar with 1.5 liters of water per person.conder,.balcony with garden view.The room itself has not been updated for a long time in terms of repairs, the tile is not fresh, the furniture is too.but everything is clean and tidy.
The weather was excellent, in the afternoon 30 gr. in the evening it was cool and breezy, we slept with an open balcony, the air conditioner was not turned on.the sea is 25-26 gr.warm.pools water 24 -25 gr.no humidity ,dry warm wind .The hotel is very large , 1/3 full .There are many Muslims and Arabs, there are few Russians, Ukrainians, Germans.A family-friendly hotel, it will be boring for young people there.the staff is all responsive, any issues are resolved quickly.We were checked in within 15 minutes, and had dinner at the restaurant.

there are many different excursions, boat trips, diving.fishing, surfing, went to the islands of PARADISE and Orange Bee. there is white sand and blue water.In general, it's a great place to relax.We also went to the shopping center near the hotel for 10 minutes by taxi.There are also guards all around, roadblocks, you can't walk around Hurghada itself, only by transport.

They returned on 02/27/2022. A wonderful hotel. When I read the reviews, I thought it was fake, almost everyone is happy... we have no comments. I will not repeat myself. Before departure, a dry ration was ordered at the reception, there were 7 of us, including 3 children. Dry rations were handed over in beautiful bags with the symbols of the hotel. The flight was delayed for 1.5 hours, rations were very useful, in each package there was mango juice, 2 burgers with meat and cheese, bread, a sweet bun and a banana. At the airport, at the control with 200 ml juice, they quietly let everyone through. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. Everyone is responsive, any issue is solved instantly. Suitcases will be carried to the room without requiring anything! (Rare)! I have not seen this in other hotels in Egypt before. We visited 3 a la carte restaurants, especially liked Italian and Egyptian (kebabs of all kinds were placed on the table on a chest-grill). The old live music. The children were delighted with the foam disco in the pool. Food, pastries, fruits, everything is on top. You can have a snack in the bars every day, ice cream and juices for children. Who takes food and fruits to the room with them - please! However, there is no such need, you get so full, there is no desire to take it with you. Our room was 2170, from 02/19/26/12. We cleaned every day, wove a crocodile, a heart and a flower from towels, and scattered fresh flowers on top. It's very touching and pleasant. It's a pity, I don't know the name of the room cleaner, thanks a lot to him. I would definitely come back here. We had a rest with a young man from January 9 to January 16, 2022 . The hotel is boring, there is nothing to do. There is an animation team (girls 20-22 years old), but for 8 days at the hotel they only offered to play darts once. Bocha, there is volleyball, but you need to play these games on your own. In the morning they go and don't even say hello :(In the evening, they offer to go to the club for $ 20. There are evening shows that last 20-30 minutes and are not interesting. The food is very tasty, the service is good! The young man at the reception moved us to another room at no extra charge. Thanks to him for that! And the sea has fish. From a good one - a good view, interesting architecture, air conditioners are working (although they are very noisy). The most popular pools and paths are constantly being washed (they don't care about the rest). Nothing was stolen in a week and a half. The pier stands right on the coral reef - you dive with a mask and enjoy the company of fish.
In fact: the hotel is tired, the food is for a very unpretentious tourist (everything is fried, a couple of dishes can be called delicious from all the variety), restaurants have seen the sights, the rooms are poorly washed. Beach towels, no matter how clean they asked for, were always given out with a terrible smell. Without a tip, you will be ignored and quietly hated by all employees, even if you are white and fluffy. Souvenirs and taxis at the reception at a triple price
Next time we'll drive past this hotel.

We just returned from a vacation from Egypt, we rested in this hotel. I liked everything! The room, although not with new furniture, but everything worked properly, cleaning daily with surprises from figurines (photo attached), the food is very good!The sea is very beautiful and very peculiar (with low tides, but this did not spoil the rest, walking along the pontoon you can swim and watch the underwater world) I would like to come back here again! We checked into the room quickly. We had a standard with a view of the garden, 2 adults and 1 child rested. There are two single beds and an additional sofa, an old one, we asked to replace it with a cot, it was like a single bed, it was quite comfortable for the child. About the room: there are no carpets, no slippers, no cotton swabs, no cotton pads, liquid soap with a dispenser, they washed the body and head, there are no hair conditioners. This upset us, because we expected that there was such a set in 5*, but for us this is not the main thing, everything can be bought in the store and we walked around the room in street slates, because the floor was certainly dirty. The condition of the room leaves much to be desired, but again we did not come to sit in the room. For $ 2, Mahmoud cleaned something, but not very cleanly, he could turn boats and flowers with swans out of towels more..
The food is simply bombastic, shrimp, mango, lamb, veal, bananas, fried red fish and lightly salted, but I note that this is not every day.. they have something new and delicious every day, we overeated, even a fastidious child ate an omelet and fish! Okay ... in general, there is no massage, they just press on the points and crunch their toes and hands, there is no buzz, but in the morning my lower back ached, strangely, this is a sports massage) they did it for 25 minutes, after which the masseuse covered it with a towel and left, returning after 10 minutes said everything! I say, and the mask? Well, as they should - they forgot and didn't tell them anything, as a result they applied a mask, after which I took off this liquid myself ... the child says that they did the massage like this, does it for 5 minutes / 5 minutes goes away and comes back! Tito came out to this and expressed everything, he stood with his hands spread, like he didn't understand anything, the owner of the spa came and offered another massage, but we didn't want anything anymore , we were terribly upset, for $ 65 we just rubbed oil. That's the story )
The guys from the Diving center on the shore left the coolest impressions. Use their services, do not be afraid, they are reliable. We were diving with them, everything was clear as promised. We talked with vacationers who took an excursion to the island from the Bibles, you provide a globe Library, whose guide said that all the services were not of high quality except for them, turned out to be charlatans themselves, promised a trip with all the impressions, but it turned out to be a scam, brought to the sea and rolled on a banana, women of middle age were just shocked and money to them They didn 't return it !

I was at this hotel at 30.0522.
The hotel clearly does not pull for 5*
The rooms are shabby, there are no hygiene products.
To swim, you need to walk 500 meters across the bridge animation at level 0.
At the check-out, I handed over the keys and a card for a beach towel, I forgot to mark it for 15 minutes. We sorted it out.
In the storage room, they got into a backpack and stole money, it was good there and only about 2000 rubles.
I do not recommend visiting this hotel.

The hotel is old, it is very noticeable both by the rooms and by the reception. The bathroom in the rooms is just terrible, half of the locks on the doors don't work. The staff's service is terrible (they do not hide their unwillingness to communicate with women). There is a lot of food, it is almost always monotonous, but you can figure out how to change it every day. There is almost no hot water, there is no Internet (for a fee and quite expensive). The reception staff is not friendly. I didn't see any animation at all..maybe they do something for children. Access to the sea only from the pier. The big plus of this hotel is only one - there is a coral for watching fish. The tides of the sea are very noticeable, but you can still swim from the pier. Honestly, after the Turkish service, it's just the bottom.
