It's a bit of a belated review, but I booked a yacht with this company again today!(I forgot to leave a review last year). The best selection of yachts and boats in Minsk!The guys are trying hard and it shows!We came with our family to relax and had a lot of fun, we swam out to the center of the reservoir and had a beautiful view of the city. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean. Thank you and we are already waiting for our June trip :)

We rode Madame's yacht on July 13 in a large company.
The captain was Mikhail.
We were lucky with the weather, it got better, so to speak, but not so much with the captain.
A person who is engaged in recruitment would do well to pay attention to the communication skills of your employees.
Since this is the first point in the service sector.
Rudeness is not welcome at all and spoils the impression of the trip.
And as far as we know , we should not wash the dishes and clean up , since the yacht docks 10 minutes before the end , so that the captain can prepare the yacht for the next ride . And we were rudely asked to clean up the trash and wash the glasses .
Since we had a large company of dancers, the manager was warned in advance that we needed music for the entire two hours of skating, but the speaker ran out in less than an hour. And in a rough form, we were told that since it was raining a little, if the column breaks, but you will be obliged to buy a new one and gave it to us in the rain. The captain did not help us solve the problem with music. He said he didn't know who was going to ride here because he hadn't been warned.
And we had to solve the issue of music on our own.

07.09 went for a ride with a guy on Madame's yacht. We were very impressed. Such a pleasant change of picture and a departure from everyday life. The yacht itself is clean and tidy, it pleased me. Our captain was a silent and smiling Mikhail)

Skipper Mikhail on Madame's yacht spoiled the whole impression of the walk. The whole company had the feeling that we had come to visit him without asking. The receptionist was warned at the time of booking that we would have a company of dancers, and it is very important for us to have music throughout the walk. The result is that in less than an hour the column was discharged (the duration of the walk is 2 hours). When asked what could be done, Mikhail began to resent that he was rolling people in the morning, and it was not his problem that the column was not charged. We docked 10 minutes earlier, Mikhail rudely forced everyone to clean the yacht. Later we found out that they dock 10 minutes before the end of the walk in order for the employee to clean the yacht on his own. And in general, throughout the entire walk, the skipper showed maximum disregard for the guests. Service is the weakest point 👎🏼

I called in advance and clarified the information on scooter rental. I warned you that I plan to come today. I think it was already possible to prepare the equipment at this stage. Upon arrival, it turned out that one scooter was not registered, and the second one would not start. The third scooter is designed for single use. That is, they planned to give us a second scooter, which turns out to be defective.
Of the apologies for the ruined evening, only a sarcastic "not fate" from under the dark glasses of a rental employee.
Keep this information in mind when planning your vacation

We were here this weekend ( from Saturday to Sunday ) . We celebrated the bachelorette party. I liked everything: the yacht matches the description, the men are polite and smiling, the atmosphere is suitable. It was filmed at night. We used the Bingo yacht rental service. The surprise on my sister's birthday was a success! Although May was cold, but that day we were lucky with the weather and the trip along the Minsk Sea turned out to be a pleasant vacation that diversified our everyday lives. It was like we were at a resort and in another world for one day. And according to the plan, we had a visit to the cafe "Summer", which is on the Minsk Sea on Bulbash beach, and our captain kindly took us there after a boat trip. I liked the service, we will use it again!
