Room 305 (view of the terrace with breakfast house, park and Zeynep Mosque). Positive: - great location; - tea with liver from 17.00 to 19.00; - an outdoor terrace for breakfast and evening tea, where seagulls fly, overlooking Hagia Sophia, another mosque and a park. Minuses: - good audibility; - breakfast is so-so; - there is dust in the room, fungus in the corners in the bathroom, the cleaning is mediocre, although the room is not bad. For the advantages mentioned above, you can forgive everything. We are returning here for the second time because of the location and the wonderful terrace))

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Great location, 5 minutes walk to many attractions. Nice, cozy rooms, hearty breakfasts, beautiful views from the terrace, friendly staff, speak English, understand a little Russian. Nearby there is a tram stop, cafes, shops. On the downside: I wouldn't put in any cosmetic repairs. I recommend it if you are staying for a couple of nights, it is an ideal option.

A great hotel for a vacation! The whole old town is nearby. Everything is within walking distance. The 2-bed rooms are very small, the bathroom door opens 45 degrees and rests against the bed. The renovation is fresh, there are no questions about the decoration. There is no elevator. Either you live high up and you're close to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast, or you live low down, but you have to go up for breakfast in the morning-it's not easy, the steps are high. I definitely recommend the hotel!

One of the advantages is the convenient location, 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia, delicious breakfasts, the staff speaks English, the room is clean. One of the disadvantages is very good audibility, even with the windows closed, there is no elevator, there is a narrow staircase.

I don't understand those who write laudatory reviews on other resources. I made a reservation through a tour operator and paid him immediately, upon check-in, they demanded another payment, and the issue was resolved. There was no hot water for a day at check-in on 18_12_2024. The rooms are small, they were placed on the ground floor behind the reception desk, the Windows overlook the pantry, where the staff keeps towels. In general, room 103 was noisy from the lobby, which is located nearby, because the guests from the reception and the hotel staff gathered in the lobby and talked. The breakfasts for 4 days were the same and everything was cherished

Nice hotel. It is located in the center, but at the same time on my street. Very close to all major attractions. There is a tram stop nearby, you can get to the metro as well as to the other side of the city. Breakfasts are more like a pleasant addition, you shouldn't rely too much on them. The same dishes every day. We had enough. Breakfasts are held on the roof of the building, from where there is a nice view of the roofs of the city. There is a closed and an open part. The staff is pleasant and not stressful. I liked everything.

An excellent and cozy hotel in the historical center of Sultanahmet district. They accept cards, dollars, euros, and lira. The staff speaks a little Russian. The price is adequate. I recommend it.

The location is excellent, quiet street. Apart from the morning Prayer , but it can be heard anywhere in Fatih . The breakfasts are monotonous, and the rooms are very small!

We lived with a friend for 1 week in May 2023. They gave me a 3-bed room. It's all clear. Next to the Ayasoiya Mosque, the very center. The usual hotel breakfasts are quite tasty, lots of olives, jams, potatoes, omelette, sausages, vegetables, yogurt, etc. Interestingly, wi-fi in the room is free and it seems even the safe is free! The staff knows a little Russian and of course English. I recommend.
